This company seeme to be holding funds with the excuse there is some kind of risk involoved. I processed a payment of $1, 524.65 USD, the customer used a Visa in Spain and Federated is saying they are unable to get through to the bank over there. I contacted my customer in Spain and they contacted their bank and the bank said the funds had left their account and they gave me a confirmation number. I called Federated and had to leave a message telling them this at their risk management department and they havent' returnred the call. I just received a letter from RJM Aquisitions at my job and it was opened by our accounting department. This debt wasa from 2001 and I filed chapter 13, this debt should be gone and they have picked it up trying to collect money and in the mean time aired my business where I work. Coould someone please help me stop this harrassing company, it is hard enough trying to work and wonder if you may get laid off but for them to send something to by job and air my personal business in very unacceptable. Same story as every other customer from Decora Rugs-credit card charged, rugs never shipped. Every email I received back from them became more nasty, your rug will ship tomorrow!! I feel raped! Thanks to Kevin Richards and his lynch mob at Checknet. Due to a house foreclosuring because the owner pocketed our money, we were given only a week to move out. I called the 800 number to book a room and ask for a specific mattress because of a bad back. The 1st person I talked to was very rude and I told them that I would call back and talk to someone else. The second person I talked to pulled up a location close to where I needed to do business and said yes they had the mattress I was requesting. We had a fiberglass "Leisure Pool" installed last year by John Buchler of JPB Fiberglass Pools / JPB Contractors. It took quite a while for completion, so basically JPB just ended up closing the pool last year. The appointment was made weeks ago. I made special trips to obtain, fill-out and then return paperwork ahead of time for efficiency. The insurance information was made available to them at the same time – stressing over and again that it would not go into effect until the morning of the appointment. I like the product but these commercials are terrible. You can almost feel the awkward pauses on the set as the actors try to deliver these terrible lines.
