Our problem was some water damage on the garage ceiling; nothing major, just some staining and paint peeling. There was no trial peroid on the page that I ordered this watch from. It was an offer for a russo watch for 1.99 + 5.99 shipping and handling. The picture of the watch was not the one that was sent.It has never been taken out of the box and the battery is still in the little plastic bag it came in. I think this was a scam to get your credit card and then they charge you what they want to. This company will not provide me with a copy of my employee file. Nor will they explain my paycheck deductions. They have continually taken deductions from my check and can not truefully explain where the went. I still have not filled out a tax witholding form so I don't know why the are stealing from me. I have contacted the EOE, The IRS and The State of new Mexico Taxation and revenue Department to resolve some of these issues. Berkey’s advertises and verbally says that for$99 they will do the maintenance on your heating, air conditioning and plumbing. They pride themselves on being "different." However, the company is not different in a good way. They overcharged and twisted what they said. If they put in even an ounce of refrigerant they charge $270. My monthly processing fees actually increased, I and got stuck with an expensive lease, 112.00 per month for five reals, irrevocable, for a processing terminal that retails for $350.00. Was told by customer service that they have to have a lease agreement because their rates are so good that it is the only way they can make a profit. I got the information from Dalbey and wanted to take my time looking at it. They called me several times the first week, despite me telling them that I would call them when I was ready. Raja Kapur continues to accept payments via mytether.net for his product, MyTether, which he seems to imply is currently functioning and for which he offers free upgrades. Upon paying and being granted access to the donor forum, one finds that the project may have been abandoned and that the software might not work as advertised (or at all, for that matter). Many users call it a scam and want their money back. My Paypal dispute was opened for quite some time and Raja Kapur never responded nor refunded my money as requested. A scam - stay clear. When I called the rep (Dan, #49) was all sweet and it sounded pretty simple - participate in a gas-use survey and get a $300 gas card. I will never go to Little Dealer RV in Deer Valley again, and after explaining this experience I had with their Service MANAGER at this location (apparently within the company it is not a surprise that he is a rude and difficult person). The system capabilities were misreprented. The water processing is not keeping up with demand. We need to use some form of treatment to adequately clean and for food related preparation. Empire Bluecross Blueshield is the worst insurance provider I have ever had. My employer (a very large health care organization) reports that they pay over $ 13, 000 on insurance coverage for each employee every year. I have lived at the Ethan's for 3 years.
