I contacted them asking for them to remove my phone number and they didn't respond. I further contacted them again a few days later and they again didn't comply with my wishes. Mcmillen woods made me pay a huge deposit of over 800$ and then turned around and said i dont get it back and in addition owe them 633$!!! For damages and breaking a lease. NCS placed a collection on me and messed up my credit report. The most frustrating thing is that I am not the person they should collect on. I purchased a jersey for my husband which was too large so I had to return it. I called and asked the best way to return the product. The woman I spoke to stated to place packing slip in the package with instructions on what I was wanting to do, which was return the item and get a refund.
