My family and I went to Ruby Tuesday's on Saturday, June 12, 2010 about 7:00 pm. We expected the place to be busy, but it was not. We were seated right away. Than it started, we waited 20 minutes before a waitress came over to ask our order. She returned with our drinks, than we waited almost 45 minutes for our entrees to come out. We of course order steak, we order them med rare and they came out extra well done, there was alot of grizzle and fat in each steak. The meat was tough and almost cold. I am shocked to find that ASUS does not provide support for or replace rubber feet on laptop or rubber bumpers for the lCD. I first sent a message to ASUS tech support and they responded with an email stating that I needed to call in to resolve the issue. I called in and was informed that ASUS does not sell or provide replacement parts such as the rubber feet or LCD rubber bumpers for their laptops! I am now completely disillusioned with ASUS poducts. Well, Verizon hits a new low. I bought The Fios "triple play". After struggling with equipment problems(both of the major components were defective and had to be replaced) I was billed incorrectly. I bought during the $ 69.99@ month special. When my bill came it was $50 more and when I called, I was told that I had not ordered during that period. We have a 23 hp Agco Lawn tractor with a 54 inch mowing deck. We bought this unit "NEW" and mow only our lawn, my wife does most of the mowing. She is not a rough user of the equipment. In 5 years I am now rebuilding the steering for the third (3rd) time "if I ever get the parts". We ordered parts on April 1st and was told that they would be shipped in 2 weeks. My daughter went to Orlando Metro Gymnastics Center, the way they talk to the students is beyond human ! The owner, sorry piece of crap. Ordered cake topper 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. The customer service stinks! Very unprofessional! And will treat you like you are wrong because they haven't sent your merchandise that you paid for before it has even been shipped! I recently purchased a spa cover from Affordable Spa Covers .com. I was out of town when it arrived so an employee received it for me. Upon returning, I noticed a hold in the box caused by a forklift. I contact Kay at Affordable Spa Covers who claims they have no record of my purchasing a cover and that I needed to prove that I did. This company advertise for virtual gold to its members to buy it and use it for their games and after we buy and spend our hard earning cash, they delete our profiles with no reason giving as they make their TOC a kind of scam. This company uses unfair practices against its members (customers) selling them product in one hand and take it with the second hand, they also ignore your calls and emails and never care about how much money you spent. You should never trust them. Many people complain to BBB about them but they didn't care nor answer...any idea who can help stopping them from keep doing this fraud? read full review »

I recently had toe surgery. As I healed I resumed by walking regime. I purchased the Reebok Easytone tennis shoes at Dillards in Overland Park, Kansas. The salesman assured me if they didn't work, I could return them. After walking in the shoes I could see imprints on the tops of my feet and my toe was badly bruised. I thought I needed to break them in, but things never got better. I attempted to return them on 2 occasions, but Dillards refused stating that I wore them. Duh! My husband and I got dooped into joining Direct Buy about 1 year ago. They kiss your butt during those orientations, offering you drinks and making you a bunch of promises. Once you shell out the joiners fee (which is absolutely ridiculous, in retrospect), all of the help and hospitality goes right out the window. I ordered cable modem and internet service from Comcast. The modem was sent from offerwire. There was no rebate form in the box sent as promised by comcast. The offerwire rebate web asks username/password which can not be found anywhere. The rebate phone number is wrong number. Email sent has no response. Several months ago I ordered a DVD concert video from ImportCDs.com via Amazon.com. The DVD is defective and won't play. It plays about two-thirds through and then returns to the main menu and did so the first time I played it. I tried playing it on different DVDs and it did the same thing. I refuse to send the DVD back unless I get a response from the company acknowledging my complaint. They won't acknowledge the complaint. Do not order anything from Stacks and stacks .com - especially if you are from Canada. they shipped my item to the wrong address (in the wrong country), then only shipped half of the item so I had a storage box with no top or bottom. When I finally received it, the item was terrible looking (fake leather on an outdoor storage bench). I tried to return the item and they took 12 days to call me back with an RGA number. Went to ChickPea yesterday. Food was cold and greasy. It was awful. The bathrooms were not celan. There was reasonable variety on the menu, but the quality didn't seem to be there. I will probably try it again in the future, but my first experience was weak. I have been to several of these and each one is different which is annoying. I think there are many other better options so I would not recommend this place to anyone who loves falafel and mediterranean foods. I was leaving Las Vegas at 3:40pm on a flight to St. Louis (Champion Air owned by Northwest). We backed out on the runway and sat for two hours with no air conditioning and an obnoxious drunk (they had to kick off)then pulled back up to the terminal for another hour to fix engine # 2, before leaving for St.Louis, thank god they announced that their best mechanic would fix it right up. DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY, or you will be locked forever since it requires you to send a termination letter between 90days to 120 days ahead of time if you don't want to renew your contract, and you know what, majority of people will forget after THREE YEARS. If you signed a contract or the contract gets automatically renewed and you forget to canacel it, you will end up paying SIX Months' liquidation damage (WHAT IS THAT?) if you want to terminate the service. read full review »

We paid off a home mortgage with Chase April 21, 2010. Yet Chase continued to automatically deduct from our checking account the monthly mortgage amounts for May and June. I have now placed a stop payment against Chase, but am having great difficulty getting all my money back from Chase. Their trickle charger, a very important after market accessory commonly used on motorcycles, was shipped missing the wires that actually make it work. The wire half on the panel is there, but the wire half that attaches to the battery is not in the package. I bought a JVC GR-HD1 camcorder about one and a half years ago. A week ago my swivel wheel that turns on and off the camera popped right off when I went to use it. This is a $2000 product that should not have faulty parts that break and completely disable the product. Later I noticed other customer complaints about this same part. I emailed JVC about this issue a week ago along with my serial number and receipt, but they have not responded. All I want is my camera fixed so I can continue filming. I purchased a laptop computer from Best Buy at Christmas, I have had trouble every since I Purchased it, I had trouble with it two weeks after buying it and was told to contact the repair services. Then two days ago I went to open it up and get on it and my screen was a complete blur, so again I contacted the the repair service and they told me to send it in. That they could fix it, But also I had to pay the shipping and handling and the cost to fix it was going to be over $199.00. My little sister recently purchased 40 wedding invitations. When she picked up the invitations they appeared differently than the one she brought for them to copy off of. (Keep in mind no one made her aware of this, because, "It should be common sense.") So instead of offering to do them over, no refund involved, they told her they would do them over for half off.
