Please warn all consumers not to do business with 1800Hotels. I booked a room with them at Planet Hollywood only to arrive and find that although I had been charged for the reservation, the reservation was no good. I had to rebook once I arrived at Planet Hollywood and was in essence charged twice. Not only that, but then 1800Hotels put an additional charge on my credit card for a "Foreign Transaction" fee. We got auto insurance thru Mercury Insurance on July 26, 2010, for a total monthly premium of $217. On July 13, we were notified that there would be an increase of $50 monthly because our daughter did not fulfill the requirement as a full time student (she didn't have a full 12 units). The company runs huge ads in local newspapers and also some TV spots. Had a consultation with a Results Couselor and thought the program was accurately explained to me.
