I recieved a wage garnishment from local sheriff dept. for an outstanding credit card bill. Supposedly judgemented back in 2003 for $6, 700. I purchased a new laptop from circuit city in 2006, in 2007 I purchased the extended contract for 220.00 for 3 years of coverage, now that I need the insurance to repair the laptop all of a sudden they can't find any record of my purchasing the insurance, I have the exact dates, and cancelled checks for the payments for this worthless contract.
