A & E is the WORST repair company I have ever had to deal with!! They have been jerking me around for a month with fixing my Maytag dryer. Packing # 4825931-30 I have pictures of all damaged items and the way they were packed in the boxes. This corporate move pack out by this company was terrible. My wife and I found when we opened the boxes here in Georgia found items such as Tiffany like lamp shades packed on top of each other with no padding in between. My wife and I went to mcdonalds this morning to purchase a strawberry and banana smoothie. The clerk behind the counter handed us a yellowish drink with a red tint to it. I sold some items on eBay, but wasn't paid. But, they still charged me fees for them. I contacted them to dispute the amount they claimed I owed, but they just ignored my emails or sent me 'canned' responses. I entered into a service contract with East Coast Mechanical on 07/12/2010. The contract covers labor and parts for all appliances stated in the contract. Do not loan Joseph Edward Diggs, aka Jamaar Diggs, any money. He borrowed $1200 from me, signed contracts to repay the money, then disappeared. The last I heard his name was when a creditor called me asking whether I knew his whereabouts; he had defaulted on a car loan for which he used me as a reference.
