My story is a little long, but one everyone should read, if you don't want this to happen to you. My husband purchased a boat in December of 2009, and it needed some repairs done to the engines. We took the boat to Aquamarina Twin Rivers in Crystal River, Florida. The car met with an accident on June 30th and has been at Mysore Mandovi since then. They have been promising delivery since then but havent given the car until now. My credit card agreement states I am to get 3% rebate for my gasoline purchases. My bill reflects only a small portion of my gas purchases were recognized for this credit. On inquiry to American Express, they stated that my purchase of "automated fuel disp" by ASTRO (a gas company) would not be credited with this rebate "because the company's original registration with American Express did not state they were a gas station". We called this company to schedule our move. They scheduled the move for 12 the next day and said they would call an hour before to let us know they were on their way. I was on an U.S airways plane on July 23, 2010. My plane was a transferring plane from Dallas(DFW) to Washington D.C(DCA) all the way to New York(LGA). I put a down payment on a piece of land and didn't sign a purchese agreement . When I got the map with the land on it they put the restictions in micro letters so I couldn't read it. On July 23, 2010 I called to cancel the sell and they told me that I lost my money. When you purchase something like land I though you had 3 days after you signed the purchase agrement. The agreement was never signed or noterised and was never sent to me. When we moved to Colorado 8 months ago we didn't get our statement from Wood Forest. We came back in May of this year to find out that we were overdrawned $500. and our statement were returned to the bank. When we went to the bank the manager treated like we were a piece of dirt and she wanted to keep the money I gave her to get a money order. Money that was being taken out of the checking account was not to be taken out because we got insurence in Colorado. On the stand alone Frigidaire gas range, the vent for the oven is immediately below the touch control panel, the panel fails. The first time I used the self cleaning feature, the plastic sticker that covers the controls melted and cracked. The sheet meatal around also warped and the enamel came off, looking funky. I purchased a dress for my daughter for a video shoot. The dress she wore and tried was alright but the packed dress was with holes in it. I took my 3 dogs (all rescues) to this "resort" for ONE weekend. Bill was over 300.00 I asked that they stay together but if there was ANY problem price was NOT an issue and to use their discretion. They had my cell number and my vets cell number. In walking into the place it was total chaos. I asked to see where my dogs would be staying. Ive worked at two different teminals in two different states. At both terminals the management constantly threaten the contractors that they will take their route away. most people pay for their routes. It is not indepentant contracting by any means. They tell you what to do. They are always right. The contractor i worked for had three routes taken from him by management. No explanation. No option to sell to recoup the money he paid for these routes. i was a contractor at one time and constantly got threatened. I sold my route out of fear of getting it taken away. read full review »
