I purchased a Haier Commercial Cool air conditioner 03/2010. By June 2010 it was not working. I conducted all the trouble shooting options to no avail. The thing just will not turn on. I contacted costumer service. After a brief run around, I was finally given a ticked number and date for servicing. Well, that sounds great and all, however, the technician never showed up. I called again only to be told their records indicate my unit was serviced. Now I am stuck between a rock and hard place. I have given my vehicle for 3rd Servicing & they have identified sound from engine, they said that this has to be replaced & they have placed the order for the parts. There is no update on the same, i have to call up every time & they tell that they have not received parts. On 20th Aug 2007, I had taken my vehicle for paid service to Ratan Motors, deonar. The vehicle however was not returned till 2 Days. When it got serviced I was charged for those services which I had not even asked for which includes Disk Brakes Cleaning. I had taken this housing loan from HDFC Limited in June 2007. The loan was floating rate loan at Banks PLR (14%) minus 3%. So, it was 11% at the time loan was taken. Recently I read in the news that HDFC has cut the rates on floating housing loans by 0.50%. I contacted the manager of HDFC Ahmedabad Branch, where I have this loan. I called to have a kitchen facet installed and was told it would be $185.00 for the facet and one hour labor to install. Well after it was all done he had his assistant plumber do the work they charged for two hours labor and I ask why and they said it took an hour to pick up the facet. My 2006 Ford Freestyle has been in the shop since June 28th, 2010. The complaint I had was the car was lunging forward when I put it in gear. The service department kept it a couple of days and said that it was the motor mount. Repaired the motor mount with my service agreement covering all but the $100 deductible. I made a reservation for my 7 year old daughter's birthday party 5 days in advance. We got to the hotel at 2 PM, and the desk clerk couldn't find our reservation. He finally did and they booked us for the following day. We had a first floor reservation reserved so that the kids would have great access to the pool. They didn't have any clean rooms yet. and we ended up sitting with all of our party food in the dining room for 2 hours before I decided to finally take my business elsewhere. I bought a 3G/4G wireless unit from Sprin 6 months ago. Used it about 20 times. The speed is 1/10th what they promised, sometimes as low as 160 kilobytes (that's KILObytes) per second speed.
