We hired a few fulltime resources through Jeevan Technologies for a brief period. They lied about availability, geographical location and experience level. We lost weeks of work and wasted weeks of time getting different resources up to speed. We canceled our contract. I ordered some mini rose plants and the first time it was all dried up and did not thrive after planting. So, I emailed and they sent me another one. they said they do look dormant but will thrive if planted asap, etc. So, they said they would send me another. I received the unit as a gift. When I called in to report that, after only a couple months' use, there is significant oil leakage from under the blade assembly, I was told that I have to contact the person who gave me the blender as a gift and find out where it was purchased. If it was an online purchase, I need to have the order number, in order to get customer service. This is cumbersome and not at all customer friendly. They emailed me a Loan Agreement and wanted 3 months of payments ($732) up-front as "collateral" which would be applied towards the loan (no payments for 3 months). I ordered a meal deal online, after 45 minutes, I called to confirm that the delivery would take place- An employee confirmed, and 10 minutes later, the delivery driver arrived. My order amount was $31.39, I gave the driver one 20 dollar bill, two 5's, and four quarters...to the best of my knowledge, that equals to $32. I got home from work got my mail saw i had a bill from american express. I dont have an american express card!!! It was a bill for almost a hundred dollars. I call to find out what it was. They told me it was a costco membership renewal fee. when I signed up for my costco card i was told i needed to sign up for american express card but it wont be active unless i call to activate it.
