I initiated cellular service with Consumer Cellular. On 7-9-2010 I received two Motorola EM330 cell phones. On 7-12 one phone locked up. Upon advice, I removed the battery to reboot the phone. No service parts available. Have an Easton Pitchback, it's an $80 item that is used outdoors. The net is held in place with approximately 30 heavy duty rubber bands (Chinese junk). Well of course they dry out and crack in less than a year (oh, but there's a 90 day warranty, big deal). Two unauthorized charges of large sums of money through my checking account. Had to contact the BBB to have them stopped. Thankfully my bank alerted me to the attempts. I am one of the only female drivers working at this store and I am being discriminated against by my employer. My hours have been cut down from 20 hours a week to 7 hours a week to facilitate male preference in scheduling drivers. I have been asking for more hours as a driver for months. I called acer for customer support, their recording has some issues so it hung up on me 4 times. so i found another number, the agent wanted to charge me $129.90 just to talk to a technical support agent on the phone. I am not kidding, I was pretty shocked too when I heard it. Now, it is extremely for me to reach acer, i dug up a number of phone numbers from them, but none of them lets me talk to agents. I have a number of laptops at home, such as HP, whenever I call them, they always answer me with a nice attitude and help solve my problem. Our house was broken into on june 13th 2010. We came home to find our house open, pets outside and house burlgarized and turned upside down at 7:00 pm!!! We had not been notified at all, so we called our monitoring company and they said they never received a signal. So we called John, we told him the story, asked why there was no signal to company. I'm on my 3rd Intex pool in 6 years. None of them have ever wear well and not only is their quality poor, their company's Customer Service Dept. is inept and purposefully obtuse. Chennai - Alleppey Express runs between these two locations daily and full to its capacity almost everyday. Still the facilities provided are pathetic with age old compartments, stinking toilets, torn seats etc etc. I travelled by this train on 29th of September from Chennai central to Alwaye. I bought the Nokia Handset from Shoprite. I am facing problems with the Audio (Telephone) quality.
