Tom Curtis, Probate Law, pads bills BIG time. One paragraph email is charged 44 minutes that a 10 yo can write in under 5 minutes. @$500 hr you do the math. If one complains he gets a hissy fit and feels U insulted him by calling him out. On top of this, if he makes a mistake and has to rewrite an email he charges for the time to correct his mistake. I have had nothing but trouble with Walgreens. I am stuck with using their mail service for the year but I may not survive the year. The latest and worst problem is that they sent me duplicate presciptions of two medications for 3 mo. each, sent about a month apart. On one pair of prescriptions, the dosage was different. So a feral cat gave birth to kittens in our attic, in which some of the kittens were falling into our kitchen ceiling, the fire dept was gracious to help us out. We don't own any pets, so this is new to us. We were referred to Critter Control to see if they would trap the kittens. My friend bought a classic car from Future Classics and was told by the owner, Nick DeMartino that the engine was just rebuilt 3000 miles ago. My elderly father who speaks limited English went there to repair the muffler on his car. The muffler had a lifetime warranty that the shop refused to honor. The owner told him the car had been in an accident (not true) and he could not honor the warranty. I have two cell phones and one has been receiving calls from this Predecto Co with stuff I did NOT authorize, I tried to get the charges taken off through Verizon that did not work, NOW it's Predecto's turn .. I had a service tech look at my 2 fire extinguishers. He said they needed to be recharged. He quoted me a price of $40 for both. Another service tech returned 1 month later with one extinguisher charged and the other needed to be replaced for $58. I purchased awnings that looked great in their online advertising. Unfortunately, when the awnings arrived I found that the package was missing some parts and the main bracket, critical for mounting on athe side of my house was manufactured with a bend in it. On top of that, the awnings are not the size that I ordered! Many months have gone by and don't have a set of awnings that I can use. I have contacted Awning Connection about the problems but, I have not been able to get any kind of help or refund. The customer service of Awning Connection has been disgraceful.
