I received a call to buy vitamins, that were free just pay the shipping. You will receive another order in 25 days unless you cancel. I canceled on the 20 day--I made it 100% clear I was canceling. They shipped the vitamins on the 20 day anyway. I called to ask why they shipped me the vitamins. I get this will not take no for an answer sales pitch. I had to pay return shipping and waste a lot time getting my money back. I had to call my credit card get resolved. Failure to pay on contract's and accusation's of wrong doing but not telling the source or nature of complaint. Agent complained to bank, bank told FAS to remove us from the property. I took the delivery of the Vehicle Scorpio SLX from their workshop on 14th August 2006. With theri help took HDFC car loan of 7L at an interest of 8.5%. Till now I have not received any Invoice, REgistration Papers of the CAR. I have only been given the Road permit and the Insurance copy. Also the EMI was for 54 months, and was to be deducted monthly as ECS scheme. They have deducted an Advance EMI of 46950/- which was never to be done. NO OIL ON DIP STICK AFTER OIL CHANGE. Read on... I took my Cadillac DTS 2006 for a “quick” oil change which eventually ended up taking over 3 hours. I called and talked to them and they just gave me the run around saying we needed to cancel the order in a certain amount of days or it would not have been charged. I went to Moody National Bank on 7/31/2006. I had 2 similar documents to notary publicize with a valid picture ID. The manager of the branch Mr. Joey Juarez told me that he is not going to notary public more than one of a similar document. His reasoning was that he has to record both of them in his notebook. It's been at least 10 years with no accident; yet, never any bonus checks sent to my home address, nor any reduction in policy rate! I purchased a Lexmark X6575 and when I ran out of ink purchased a remanufactured ink cartridge from a company I have trusted for years. There is nothing wrong with the reman cartridge, but the printer will not show me what my ink levels are.
