I have had nothing but trouble with Walgreens. I am stuck with using their mail service for the year but I may not survive the year. So a feral cat gave birth to kittens in our attic, in which some of the kittens were falling into our kitchen ceiling, the fire dept was gracious to help us out. We don't own any pets, so this is new to us. We were referred to Critter Control to see if they would trap the kittens. My friend bought a classic car from Future Classics and was told by the owner, Nick DeMartino that the engine was just rebuilt 3000 miles ago. The owner told him the car had been in an accident (not true) and he could not honor the warranty. I had a service tech look at my 2 fire extinguishers. He said they needed to be recharged. He quoted me a price of $40 for both. Another service tech returned 1 month later with one extinguisher charged and the other needed to be replaced for $58. I purchased awnings that looked great in their online advertising. Unfortunately, when the awnings arrived I found that the package was missing some parts and the main bracket, critical for mounting on athe side of my house was manufactured with a bend in it. On top of that, the awnings are not the size that I ordered! Many months have gone by and don't have a set of awnings that I can use. Mac OS 10.6 has been out for almost 9 months and HP does not have a drive for scanjet 4890. In Sept HP said it would be out in Nov '09. Now the spring. Typical... Laptop City in El Paso, Texas sells and repairs laptops. I exchanged my Toshiba laptop for an HP Pavilion, because the cost to repair my laptop was more expensive than buying a used laptop. Big mistake! The store owner failed to explain what the warranty covered. I told him the cooling fans did not work, and he said he could fix them at a $90 dollar per hour labor rate. I bought this Legacy home brand new in Late 2008 to replace the one destroyed by hurricane Ike. Almost immediately I discovered structural problems. The floors have humps, the walls are bowed, the siding is cracked, and now I have black mold growing in the cracks (see photos). I have visited the venerable Library of Congress several times, and never had anything to complain about. The guards are generally nice, the tourguides and tours are excellent. Obtaining a library card was also not a difficult experience. However the Copyright Office, located within one of the LOC buildings is a bit different. Carrie sold me a underdeveloped Pomeranian, and it died within 2 wks, of purchase. She claim there was a health gaurantee, but didn't abide by it.
