I emailed costumer service to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with my order and now they say it could take up to two business days after the estimated shipping date to get my tracking information. Was treated for the first ten months...had pre peid for all of my trays and treatment in advance and one day I showed up for an appointment and the doors were closed and they were out of business. I went to this clinic in hopes of earning the $50.00 advertised donation payment. I called Talecris and was told it would take 31/2 hours to donate. If you sign up for the 14 trial of Real Player Super Pass, they take your credit card information and you have to cancel the subscription to stop them from charging you a monthly fee. But when you try to cancel the subscription, you find out that you can only do so by calling a phone number. When you call that number, you go through a menu of options and then the call is disconnected. You cannot reach anyone. You cannot cancel the subscription.
