I bought this product via QVC because of the previous complaints about the monthly charges when ordering directly from the infomercial. It was way too expensive, but I wanted to try it at least once to see if it would help me tame my long wavy/curly frizzy hair. They are the WORST apartment facilities I have EVER lived in. I thought they were beautiful but upon moving in realized how many corners they cut. I am now dealing with poor facility management, broken gate leaving me locked out of my OWN community at certain hours when I'd much rather be sleeping than waiting outside the complex, and rude leasing office staff. I placed on order with shoponspot.com on April 14th, 2010. I received payment confirmation via email from paypal which listed the items I ordered and the name of shoponspot's owner Ashwin Kalbhor, and an email copy of a paid invoice from shoponspot. As of today (May 23rd, 2010) I have not received my order or any form of communication from shoponspot. I have opened multiple help tickets with shoponspot's on line support system and sent email to shoponspot. It is your best interest to take your hard earned money to other furniture stores in Greenville, NC. The waiting period for delivery is ridiculously long. We purchased a gift certificate for $100 Xmas 2009. It was used in Feb and April 2010. They didn't want to honor it in April claiming it had expired. Fl Statute 501.95 indicates all gift certificates sold after 2007 can not contain an expiration date nor charge any surcharge fees. I recently moved from one house to another in The Brickshire Community located in New Kent County, VA. The day after the move, we had Cox connect us but the TV that worked perfectly the day before now has a large black blob on the lower left hand corner of the screen. I went to Check Into Cash to cash a money order that was made out to me. The signs posted on the wall said their fee would be 5% for a cashier's check and was the maximum fee allowed for all other type of checks cashed. After I cashed the money order, the manager, Nikki Barnes, took out 8% instead of 5% and handed me the difference. This company is a scam, took $4000.00 from me, when I realized they were a scam I cancelled my credit card so they could not take more money, upon which they threatened to turn me into the Attorney General of California, and report me to the IRS. For the $4000, they said they would set up a payment plan with the IRS. This is something anyone can do by themselves. My husband and I contacted the car company about a vehicle that they had on their website for sale. Six months ago I brought the l'oreal hair dye casting creme gloss. It was dark chocolate and semi permanent, and i made sure of this as i did not want a permanent colour. I was attending school of which I had took out a federal loan and loan from ACS. A few months after I became very sick and the doctor requested disability. Disability was approved shortly. I am now unable to work. Since October 2009 it has been nothing but paperwork to complete and then it is only shuffled around, back and forth, etc. Now, ACS returns my forms from the doctor and states they are denying the claim for discharge. I purchased a brand new Kia Soul plus on April 10, 2010 from Ron Tonkin Kia. Happy with the size style etc. Within 100 miles the engine light came on. I called Kia, the dealer and service manager. Now when you access the Online News, you only get the headlines, and nothing more.They say to Login, so you log in, and still can only access the Head Lines, and nothing else.You write a e-mail in the Contact Us, portion, and it never gets sent. We signed up for the Dish Network contract for 24 mos. We made a move and called them to have the one free move to set up our satellite. The tec came out and told my husband he would have to cut a tree down and trim another for the Dish line of sight.
