I have no complaints of any dealer. My complaint is as follows: I own a 2007 chevy uplander and am dissappointed with the bowtie emblem on the front and back. Water gets between the plastic and metal part of the emblem and stains the emblem. I had the front replaced once and it has done it again, but this time the plastic part of the emblem fell off. I would like to complain about two things. First, I would like to complain about the Osburn Hybrid-35 Pellet Insert. We had an awful experience with this stove. The private security buisness listed above has in the past held employees certifications (ie. commission cards) so that the employee will not attempt to seek employment elsewhere. So this is my experience with Evans Halshaw Ford Main dealer in Preston. I bought a second hand Ford Mondeo in May 2009. When I picked it up I noticed that the stereo was faulty and it was eating CDs. I rang the salesman and he said to fetch it in and they would swap it on the spot for a replacement. I paid sticker for a Pius III plus a leather upgrade promised to be identical to or better than factory leather in every respect except without lumbar adjustment. We were supposed to get a 60 - 90 minute consultation with an architectural drawing and estimate at the end. The field manager stayed in my home less than 30 minutes. Had ordered a CD with a hard to find track needed for a presentation by a certain date, so included additional shipping charges for fast delivery. CD Universe sent the wrong CD and when I informed them of this and suggested they send the correct CD by Next Day Air so I would have it on time, they refused.
