I went to 6th Ave. Electronics today to return a defective camera. The camera was still under warranty and I had all of the original packaging, as well as my receipts and warranty paperwork. Have had the reclining Ranger Loveseat for 1 year and 3 months. The reclinging mechanism for second time had broke. The papers that we read says that this part has a lifetime warranty. We did not have to pay to have the first one replaced but now we have to pay $20.00 for a new one because the second one did not last 6 months. I love my furniture but someone has lied to us so we are not sure just how satisfied we are. Less than 2 years and replacing for the second time. Salon is not clean, towels in spots, the feet bath used by previous custmer was splashed with a water twice, his nails cuttings and skin shavings were barely swipped with a towel. Very poor customer service in dealing with completing job. Garage cabinets still need to have repairs after 7 months of waiting. Epoxy garage flooring failed to adhere after 2 weeks. On 3/5/10 I was contacted by a rep from Momenta Properties Int. stating he had a buyer for my timeshare. For a retainer fee of $1338.00 he would put together all the appropriate paperwork for the sale. I agreed and paid the fee on conditions of the contract that would be sent Fed Ex. Autoquest was selling a 2007 Porsche Targa via Ebay. The AutoCheck report with the car showed no accidents. However, I purchased a CarFax for the car and it showed there had been an accident and airbag deployment in 2007 which AutoCheck did not report. I had been told by others to always do a CarFax because autocheck was incomplete. I contacted the car dealership and they said "oh, this isn't good". They seemed surprised but my belief is they could tell the cart had been repaired. I went to their office because they were offering a special on cleaning and xrays. I was told I needed a crown which I agreed to have done. Sam, the receptionist came in to tell me about a dental plan they had to offer but she did not tell me it was mandatory to enroll at that time since their office was giving me a discount on the crown. Now they are calling me saying I owe them $111 more for the dental plan even though the phamplet says this plan is voluntary.
