Received a charge on my phone bill from Legacy LTD Int'l Inc for a collect call. I do not accept collect calls. Charge is $30.00 for 3 minutes. Spoke to the customer service - thei attitude is it can be resolved by my paying the bill. Their proof that I accepted ithe call s that they billed me. I just opened an account with this company about 5 hours ago. Spent three hours uploading files, only to find only two small files actually appear there. I tried calling the nonexistent customer service, but no one answers. I even tried calling as a new customer just to see if someone would answer the call, but no luck. Was trying to buy a home through Soundbuilt Homes in Lakeland. They told me i had to finance my loan through their preferred lender. I told them i wanted to use my bank, and they told me if i used their preferred lender then i could get all my closing costs paid. Prestige billed over 2000 (two thousand) for repairs they never made such as not replacing a bad control arm and other repairs over a period of time. When vehicle was taken to another local service, it was revealed the majority of most items for maint or repair were never done unless it was clearly noticible. Instead of replacing the control arm they replaced a bushing as a temporary fix but charged as if they may full repair. never changed out certain filters during routine maint as the original factory filters were still on the car. Lost power due to storm on Saturday, Mar 13 promised restoration of services no later than following thrusday 4pm. As of 11am Friday services not restored and will no longer make commitment as to when full service will be restored.
