I was initially approached at my home by Randy Finley and signed the contract for a complete roof replacement to be done with his son, Joshua Finley. I had my roof replaced on December 14th, 2009, by Gutter Solutions DBA Home Solutions. Most of the work was completed in the timeframe that was discussed however, painting of my stacks and the clean-up has not happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They operate the classic scam whereby if you collect the vehicle in the dark they claim it is unmarked then upon return in the daylight they find some nearly invisible tiny scratches. I Elias Pintos was using the Xertube Resistance band when it came from under my feet and whipped up and hit me in the right eye. My vision turned black for about 15 minutes, had a severe headache afterwards and still have headaches. My sight came back normally in my left eye, but my right eye there was an area that was dark. One of their items, a set of boxing workout DVDs, were listed as "Boxing Workout DVDs, 2", on Amazon. Underneath you could choose '1' or '2'. Paid $1600 for a paint job, to include body prep (fiber glass, no rust) sanding & buffing after the paint job. The buffing was terrible, had to return car to have all excess buffing compound removed. Car has numerous areas of orange peel, dirt & fish eyes in the paint. According to their mgr. Tyler, this is normal, he told me I could even go next door to thr Chevy dealership & see the same thing on new cars. The customer service is the only thing worse than the paint job. My Home Mortgage was just sold to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP this company has no direct website, No Customer service department. Everything is Automated by computer and when called the only real option is to either make a payment or schedule a payment.
This is not the way to do business especially when dealing with someones Mortgage. This company need to be more available, People need to speak to people, not computer. Beacon Debt Solutions settled an acount for me in September of 2009. When it came time to pay the account off some 5 months later, I found out that Beacon had defaulted on the payment arrangements with the creditor. I'm still paying Beacon over $400.00 a month in which I was told by Beacon goes into a trust account Beacon alledges that the settlement with the creditor was voided after they missed sending in the payment by only by 2 days!

My husband ordered the service and they never informed him that we were signing up for an 18-24 month commitment and told him we could cancel anytime. We stopped using them because the basic channels we were getting were rubbish and the movie channels played the same movies all month long. We left with a final bill of $89.97 and that was in August. I bought a ceramcor xtrema frying pan from Mercola.com last July. Last month I was putting it in the sink and it broke into three pieces. This does not work for me. It cost $149 and for that much money it has to stand up to daily use. Mercola.com refused me a refund. It is not warranteed for breakage unless it has something to do with extreme heat or cold. We left our beautiful camper on consignment with these folks. We had, thoroughly, cleaned our camper as we always do when we get back from a trip. We were told they would take good care of it and keep it inside.
We, eventually, decided to take our camper out of there for various reasons. When we picked it up, our wet/bath was, absolutely, filthy. Someone had used our toilet and it was disgusting. No wonder we didn't get any offers!

Turns out this is the same guy that couldn't keep his other business going so he just reopened another one when the other one went broke. Do not use this company. The owner is a fraud! he will take your money up front and never finish the job. this happened to my friend with his old company.

I purchased a size 42-R suit from this company for $149 plus shipping. When it came, the trousers fit fine, but the 42-R jacket was way big, at least two sizes, probably a 44-R minimum. I called, and was told "No problem, send it back". Like a fool, I sent it back. I should have saved the return shipping costs and just thrown it in the trash.

Now five years later Wells Fargo says Im in zone A and the lowest insurance available to me is $4000 a year. Yes $4000 a year. I would like to say that I will Not be going back to John Halmaghi D.D.S. Every time I have seen him he acts rushed and irritated when seeing me and my husband. He doesn't say hello, he talks down to the dental hygenist!! He rolled his eyes at me when I asked him politley if he could fix a small chip on my front tooth. They keep calling me and my family trying to get addresses and phone numbers for the people in our family. We have asked them over and over to stop calling.. They gave me the run around when I FINALLY was able to reach the main office. They actually asked me for her address so they could ask her if she wanted them to have it... OMFH What is wrong with this church?? When someone says do not call ... don't call... it is that simple.
Please help me to make them stop before I am forced to blow up on the phone. I turned them into the Do Not Call List. I hope that helps but I doubt it.
