Doors are not manufactured as per product approval testing documents. Missing structural silicones causing doors to leak and delaminate. Sales came from City Architectural, distributor is S & S millwork in Tampa who both failed to report this to Weathershield for several yrs. Both claimed it was the owners fault. I hired The Grout Medic of Mckinney, TX to replace some loose tiles in my bathtub that were about to fall off due to water getting behind the tiles. I called The Grout Medic and spoke to the franchise owner, Allen Butz. He came out and told me that the bottom two rows needed to be replaced. I purchased from Menards a mastercraft door. I since, learned that Mastercraft is owned by Menards. Door was installed in December 2009. Just bought the DVD player last night, drove 45min home, set it up and it will not play anything. I called their support and they want me to buy a lense cleaner. Why doesn't a DVD player work out of the box? I've installed for friends, family, myself which is approx. 20 units. I've NEVER had to get a lense cleaner on a NEW system. Never purchase from this website. Guy Minthorne offers a one year warranty but does not honor it. I purchase a DonkeyKong cabinet and within 6 months the monitor failed. They also bundled the hair in 2 oz bundles when I asked for 4 oz bundles. So they acknowledged their mistake and agreed to exchange it for me.
