I ordered the hot wings, and my wife ordered the "new Knife and Fork Sirloin Steak Sandwich". My wings were bloody on the inside near the bone, so I told the waiter (who was outstanding). He said he would inform the manager. Manager comes and tells me that the red/pink part is just a "vein" and that they cook all their wings for the same amount of time. If you expect maintenance service after you sign your lease and move in, DON'T rent from Neblett Property Management. They will pleasantly take your non-emergency maintenance requests, and then nothing will happen. They simply ignore the requests, even though the lease says they are responsible for providing maintenance for their properties. They do the minimum amount of maintenance work possible. I was at Aladdin Jr. with a friend having lunch. Our waitress was either done with her shift or had to go somewhere, leaving the cook (who barely knows English) all by himself. I was appalled at the fact this restaurant will leave a cook who hardly knew any English to run a restaurant all by himself. This guy was the most impolite, most unmannerly employee at that restaurant I have ever had to deal with. At the end of our lunch, he decided it was ok to add a 17% gratuity to our bill. Please help!!! We bought a kenmore softner from Sears and it needs repairing now. We called Sears and they gave us the number of a service company in Midland, TX so we called Regan and he came by and looked at it. He said it was a salt bridge that had built up so it wasn't working, he said he was on another job and he would call us back on Monday. ATG showed a very nice soap dispenser priced at $78. I ordered it. They charged my credit card. A person called and said the posted price was wrong and the correct price is $157! They continue to lie to us on the phone about the real status of our consolidation loans. First they tried to double our daughter's loan due amount..then they finally fixed that. Then they continue to come up with no real excuse why they are not released and finished in consolidating after 4 phone calls from both my husband and myself each about our plus loan consolidation.
