We spent a small fortune for Priefert deluxe horse stalls and wire D gates. The deluxe horse stalls have had problems with the stall latches, grips and are also rusting. Priefert has already replaced the springs in the latches once and they are beginning to stick and fail again. No amount of lubrication solves the problem. This company is selling defective mattresses. I went through 3 Sealy mattress, two of which were determined by Sealy and US Mattress to be defective. All 3 beds were different models but all felt the same. I spent almost $1000 for a mattress that feels like cheap foam. I would say it's Sealy but my previous mattress was a Sealy and two friends just bought a Sealy from another company and the beds were very good quality. I hired this company on New Years Eve for transportation via a party/shuttle bus for four (4) hours of service. I spoke with the owner and we confirmed (via email) the services to be provided. This company is a complete scam/fraud. I recently opened a charge account with Talbots. I received my first bill on 12/9/09 and mailed the payment same day. A month later they claim that my check "must have gotten lost in the mail" and have now charged me $31.64 in late fees and finance charges. Tourneau told me a watch I gave them would cost $1500 to repair. When I asked them to return the watch they called me back and said they'd do the same repair for $750. I declined again. The watch, an Omega Constellation was old and probably worthless and I was repairing it mostly for sentimental reasons. When I went to the store to pick up the watch a saleswoman told me confidentially that most of the suggested repairs were unnecessary. Went to Mattress Mall on Federal Hwy in Oakland Park. Bought mattress, salesman didn't want to write model name on the invoice - good thing I insisted. Morning of delivery they call to say there was a leak in the warehouse and the last one in stock got wet (aren't they wrapped in plastic ?). I say then void the transaction. They say no refunds, I can drive back (30 miles) and pick out something else. I say no refund or cancel order. It is not a return if I didn't get anything in the first place.
