I've had a membership for around 4 years and frankly most of the massages have been mediocre, then when you find someone good, the next time they're no longer there or you can't get an appointment when wanted. My last massage was canceled due to the massage therapist hurting herself and they didn't have another one to fill in...typical of them. They pull you in with a "free sample" offer which really isn't. After the "not responsible" portion of the terms and agreements section, there was a section on a 14-day cancellation policy. If you don't cancel within 14 days, you are CHARGED for that "free" sample. Then, when they send you the next order, you are charge $89.00. Eighty-nine dollars for a Colon Cleansing Aid -- come on. Unsuspecting people go online and sign up for music or software at unrestrictedownloads.com...you are then redirected to mediome.ru where your information is taken for your card. I was a member of the program for 6 months and paid in exess of $6000 total while in the program. They settled one account after about 3 months for $2600. The balance in my account was $600 when I cancelled the program. Freedom Debt Relief FDR charged me $400 + as a service fee for the cancellation. I used the SDG&E website to switch my service from my appartment to the townhouse giving them two weeks notice (they request 5 days).
