American General has somehow obtained my credit /debit card number and has taken money out of my account. When I called them and asked for documentation for my permission to access this account I was told that since they did not have my proper address, none was available ( I have lived in the same place for over 6 years ! ). I went to a Liberty Tax Service to have my 2009 taxes done.After Sitting down and completeing my paper work the computer asked the tax preparer to put in his RBIN #.The gentelman didn't have one but told me he did go to courses that were needed to have one. I have been billed for services/product I didn't use. 1and1 Internet has this scheme whereby the customer tests out a product, obtains their credit card, charges the customer a promotional rate (regardless of whether they use the service or not) for six months, and then automatically charges the customer for an additional six months even if they never used the product. They've also got like some scam with phone sex calls and a whole bunch of complaints come out. They advertise as if you're going to get a credit card with a $7500 credit line when in actuality you can only use the card on their site. There is a $2.78 processing fee which makes it seem like a great deal, right? WRONG! After the 7 day trial, your credit card is charged over $70 every month for various fees. I picked the U300 package and 3Mbps download speed. ATT scheduled me for the installation to occur 3 weeks after buying the package. The technician came out and spent 7.5 hours figuring out to get the service. On Dec. 22 2008 I was driving my vehicle to Shaws in North Conway. The engine just quit, lost all power. I called AAA and they sent a tow truck from Mount Washington Valley Towing.
