This company is sifting cleared credit disputes. In my case I have written acknowledgement the creditor backed down, one forgave (AT&T/Cingular) and one accepted less. The one that accepted less, Miami valley emergency specialists, really engaged in bad behavior, but they skewered me for some undeserved double billing. Just a warning to anyone thinking of using these people. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks prior to my move. I was not told I had to pay additional fees. I saw a lot of posts regarding MVQ*SAVEACE, and since I got it straightened out, I figured I'd post here for others. I don't know how they did it, but MVQ*SAVEACE and MVQ*CRSSCNTRYSAVE both managed to create accounts for me on their websites, each charging different amounts for a "discount program" of sorts. I have had charges to my debit card for $79.00 and $39.76 even after cancelling immediately after realizing that the customer satisfaction guarantee is worthless. The customer service hours are so bad that no one can call with valid concerns or complaints. It has shown up on my card Tea Francais, Metro Tea Direct and Seattle Coffee Direct. I purchased chicken fries and a italian chicken sandwich on 12/06/09 and proceeded to eat my meal, as well as sharing with my dog. Nu Union repeatedly takes out NSF/overdraft fees from my personal checking account when there were sufficient funds in my account. I changed jobs and Human said I would get a packet for a State of Continuation on my health coverage. I filled out the information to continue my health coverage and sent it in. Humana received the packet four days later and told me they could not process my application until they received the premium payment. I sent them the premium payment and now almost three weeks later Humana claimes they don't have the payment. I did not request any services from whomever and whatever Billviaphone is (in fact I have no knowledge of them whatsoever) and have not received any services or products from them. I have used Walgreens pharmacies for several years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I call in my prescriptions and allow time for them to be filled. Much of the time, as I enter the drive-thru, a person has chosen to delay others from picking up their items by presenting the assistant with their prescription as they drive up. As cars line up behind me, I'm having to wait 15 to 20 min. One of the Walgreens here in Tulsa asks persons presenting prescriptions to drive on thru - park - and come back thru the line in 10 min. When I contracted with Web Hostingpad to host my website, they advertised 5 free subdomains included in the annual fee. Six months after I uploaded a subdomain, they billed my credit card $15. After I complained and compelled a refund, I could no longer update the website. I uploaded changes, but the changes did not copy onto the server, forcing me to find a new hosting service.
