I have been dealing with CNAC and JD Byrider for the last 5 years. The first problem we had was a vehicle that they sold us that had a list of electrical problems, in which they stated it did not have, unfortunately the vehicle was totaled out in a car accident, in which JD Byrider forced us into anther vehicle, by the way was listed cheaper than the original one that we purchased with only 44, 000 miles on the car. I was looking for a job using the internet. I responded to a job ad. When I received an email back from "the company" they had me click on a website to get a credit report for their business purpose. Ok, so I am naive. But I am in desperate need of a job and they took advantage of a single mom who didn't have $14.95 to spare for a credit report. I have just spent the last hour trying to resolve what are now TEN calls to verizon DA and verizon help. Each time I was provided either a wrong number or disconnected, then transferred twice from 411 to verizon directly where I was placed on hold for 15-20 minutes.
