I went on to a 3 days and 2 nights trip in Daytona Beach on 11/6~8 with the offer from Worldwide Travel Center which I paid a refundable $50 as the deposit for the hotel. They have illegally taken out of my checking account without permission and without notifying me. Once you get onto this merry-go-round your name goes into a database (subject: sucker) and the calls continue to annoy and aggravate. I was extremely annoyed to find that blue mountain had taken a years subscription from my account without my authorisation. I was completely unaware of any renewal agreement. I asked for the account to be closed immediately and that the money taken would be refunded. They closed the account but ignored the refund. Free trail is not free.. you first must pay shipping, then if you use the product you must pay for it. They do not disclose the real price of $139.00, if you return the product in 30 days you also pay the return shipping cost. They use a deceptive billing letter indicating they have sent you numerous letters when they have not. This is a SCAM - do not purchase anything from Google Fortune (whom the real Google is now suing), OR EZ Kit or OnlineCashSuccessKit - no matter if you saw it on Facebook and it appears to be legit. They advertise to be affiliated with Google - they are not. The company has taken over 6 months and still not finished my website - told me it would take 2 days. I complained and they offered me a compensation package of website auditing software and then never installed it after 2 months of waiting. Made a purchase with this company 9/15/08 for 5 posters for 25 dollars. Little do you know when you make a purchase your automatically subscribed to a "membership." I used these guys once for a reverse number lookup at a one time charge. The next month they took $24.99 out of my account. I managed to get onto their website and cancel any sort of membership I may have. For the past 3 months they have been deducting $24.99 a month out of my account and I can't get ahold of anybody to stop. I have had Hughes Net for about a year and paying about $60.00 a month for nothing. We do not have DSL because I live in the country. I was told that we would get great service. We bought the equipment to avoid the monthly fee assuming that we would have great internet service. Well it has been down more than on. This company/ law office told me that the Bank that handles our account would be issueing a electtronic check to us for the $1500. that they have "in Trust." The person who I talked to stated that it would take at least 3 business days to send the funds. It has now been 8 days. Trying to get ahold of the bank with the phone number that they provided "has been changed to a new number" that charges 3.95 just to make the call, plus other charges of unknown cost. I thought this was illegal? Where is Interpol??? These DVDs are both Recorded from TV and/or Copied from DVDs. I bought The Twilght Zone here because it was 75% off. They still made a killing because it cost them about $2 to copy the DVDs. The DVDs were in plastics sleeves all loose inside of these cases that were the size of VHS cases. I too was taken in by this scam. As soon as I realized my credit card would be continuously billed, I called and cancelled. This was before I even received the product. I received a cancellation notice by email explaining that I must return the product within 14 days, as the associate explained on the phone, and that as long as I did, I would not be billed the 87.62 initial charge. I purchased a computer from eCost 11/09. It was advertised with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer (HP). It arrived and didn't work, so I called eCost.
