In June 2009, we were to begin payment for our newly 'modified' loan, which locked our rate for a number of years to 7% and reduced our monthly payments by $200. There are 5 charges from a NCSOFT.COM (2) 1 for $54.49, 1 for $49.99 both made at 8:34 pm, 3 charges from BLIZZA VELIZY-VILLAC WORLDOFWARCRAFT for $19.48 between 8:49 and 9:48 My bank called me about the transactions this morning.They were made yesterday. I would NOT let Dr. Kim administer Botox to any area on your face. I paid him $350.00 for Botox injections and the Botox never worked. (I've had this practice done for over ten years and this is the FIRST time that this is happened and my first time at Dr. Kim's office). When I asked him to retouch the areas that didn't take, he told me he wouldn't do it. I told him that I thought he was being unfair and that I didn't get what I paid for. I orderd on website and answering to TV ad. Buy one get one free. I was charged 71.70 instead of advertised amount of 2 for 19.95 + shipping. I called and they could only offer 15.95 on second one. Shipping was to be free but had to go to another website to register. When I saw the price and wanted to cancel I had no way to refer back to order in order to cancel. I hired this company to repair a leaking toilet. Two men showed up and thew older man began working in his truck. the younger man (the apprentice)went to look at the toilet. He was informed that the toilet was leaking and he shouild check for water damage when he had the toilet removed. He totally disregarded what he was told. Sound Structures, Inc. based out of Wicomico Church, Virginia is a terrible place to work for. I was belittled by the crew leaders and worked like a dog with no break. I went from being on time to being 52 days behind even when I have my receipts. The are evidently using my payments towards late fees or something as such, but no one will tell me what the fees are for. I'm getting ready to contact an attorney regarding this company. The other day, I had an infection in my one eye due from a contact lense. I got an appointment with the Eye Dr. and was scheduled for a 5:00 p.m. appt. I arrived 3 minutes early. As I signed in, there were 3 girls there staring at me noticing my eye was red, inflamed and watering. I went to UpState Automotive on August 6, 2007 to have one of my cars serviced transmission problem. I also had a warranty through the Ford ESP. (Extended Service Plan) UpState Automotive never called the Ford ESP when they said they did and informed myself and my boyfriend that my warranty company would not honor any work done by UpState Automotive. I ordered a "free trial" of the tooth whitening product. All I was told was that I would pay a shipping fee of $2.95. Trusted Nextag when they posted DigitalMegastore as a 5 star "Trusted Reseller" and got scammed by DigitalMegastore. F0rmerly had a doggie day care in Houston and was referred to me by my vet as a reputable trainer in the Sugar Land TX area. I had to pay him up front for the evaluation and 4 lessons. Shortly after the second lesson I learned that he moved to Austin TX and it was extremely difficult to get him for the 3rd lesson. Just found out that lastminutetravel.com had charged me almost $200 on my credit card. I didn't recognize this charge so I filed a dispute with American Express. They looked into it and decided to side with the vendor. I asked what the charge was, and they said it was a hotel reservation with Tourico Holidays. I had never heard of this before and I certainly had not reserved anything through lastminutetravel.com nor had ever gone to a Tourico Holidays (not even sure what that is). We found an unauthorized transaction for $2.99 on our credit card statement from YAHOO! VOICE BY JAJAH. We immediately called the number on our statement and the company that billed it said they will not authorize any more transactions, but that whoever had our number could not verify any other information and so the try was denied other than the $2.99 which is being refunded. Just read them and you can tell look at the one written by a "Dr.", what kind of Dr. misspells words? I purchased a new roof from Duval Roofing in 2005. Four years later, my roof leaks when it rains. They came out once and reported that the problem was a nail that rusted through a shingle. So, what kind of roofing nails rust after four years? And why are there exposed nails on my roof? They will not return my calls.
