As someone else mentioned regarding house furniture website - they lure in you from craiglist - they don't say they're a dealer. They direct you to their website, where the price is too good, delivery is too cheap - only $100 for white glove service, so why pickup if you're a couple hours away from where they SAY they're located. Do not buy anything with money pak, I knew this wasn't right, but I wanted that furniture. If you check BBB, it seems ok because no complaints -- because they just set-up the website then set... read full review »

This con man uses many names in his scams. Locke Star, Star Locke, Bobby Star, Locke Star Builders. His real name is Robert Arnold Locke. He has a lengthy criminal history of violence, public Drunkeness and theft. He is a pathological liar and a sexual preditor. Robert Locke should be treated with caution and skepticism, He changes addresses and names often. Among some of the lies he tells are that he was a General. He was Blamed for the bay of pigs, he was an embassador to Isreal. He gave up a contract with the yankess, He fought in bar... read full review »

I have never heard of VBL*AlterFunds.com 800-5098579 FL, but this company charged me $29.95 on my CapitalOne Visa Card on Oct 15, 2009. I called the 800 number which is being listed the monthly billing statement of the Visa Card, a staff took my call and kept asking me to give her my private information for verification before asked me what kind of help that I was looking for. Then, I asked her what kind of service or product that you charged me $29.95 on October 15, 2009. She simply told me alterfunds.com membership. but I have... read full review »

Purchased a new dodge magnum in 07 from Palmer Dodge in Indianapolis, it has been nothing but problems from day one. My extended warranty that I purchased from Palmer Dodge will not cover bad valve's at 63k that has been caused by orig defective valve keepers. (I have the TBS bullentin that was put out by chrysler) I have all my service records and this is not due to my deglect. I paid 27K for the car and palmer dodge offered me $4500. Yeah right, what a joke. 63K miles, leather, all power, loaded, 2006 magnum and they offer me $4500!... read full review »

Babys Dream
JacD51 November 24, 2009
Baby’s Dream Furniture of Buena Vista, Georgia has been the subject of several investigative reports by Channel Two News in Atlanta, GA. An independent laboratory tested cribs and baby furniture produced by the company. The results were very high levels of formaldehyde in the materials used to construct the cribs and all of the furniture tested. My wife and I were amazed to learn how dangerous formaldehyde is and contacted the manufacturer to discuss our concerns. Baby’s Dream ran us in circles for over two weeks and offered us no... read full review »

KinderCare Learning Centers
IngaJ87 November 24, 2009
Kindercare, St. Charles Road, Lombard, IL. Made me pay $35 for a Thanksgiving week "program" that's just 1 field trip and two days of "themed activities" I didn't ask for or know about in advance. If my child attends during Thanksgiving week, I have to pay extra. If she doesn't attend, I still have to pay the weekly tuition - for only three days of care because of the holiday. Mean, mean people. I already didn't know how I was going to pay for Christmas. Obviously, they don't care. Besides that, their facility always looks dirty and dingy. read full review »

Elgin Toyota
RubN72 November 24, 2009
I previously was salesman at Elgin Toyota and everything being commented about this dealeship is true. The problem however does not lie in the salesmen. For the most part the salesman are good men and women but they are FORCED to do unscrupulous things under the direction of Bob Ellis. The problem is Bob Ellis the GM. The little troll with glasses at the managers desk. Everyone that works for this man hates him with a passion. Not one person at Elgin Toyota respects this individual. Nothing and I mean nothing happens at this dealership without... read full review »

Allure Agency
EdmK86 November 24, 2009
After being promised and waiting over a month to get paid, the President of the company Pat McClendon deposited a bad check in my account. This company is shady and I would not be a client, vendor or employee of this crooked company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Gave her every opportunity to resolve this before I took legal and online actions about her and her company. She said said go ahead as if she didn't care. Oh well. I know serveral others who also have not been paid. This is the worst company. Stay away, far away from them! read full review »

B. Jenkins
YamK34 November 24, 2009
B. Jenkins is a Fraud. He spreads rumors about people and companies that are not true. Do yourself a favor and stay away from him in your business endeavors. He will take casual conversation and turn it into rumors and hear-say. He is very selfish and pretends to be something he is not. I believe we call that a hypocrite. At least us real Christians do. It is very sad to have someone like him running around being a poser. Shame on you B. Jenkins for trying to take down people and companies that don't even concern you. read full review »

We had a four season sunroom built by Betterliving Sunrooms / Craft-Bilt installed on our home in February of 2008. Betterliving Sunrooms / Craft-Bilt sent their "Lead" installer out to oversee the construction and installation (performed by a local authorized dealer / contractor that uses the Betterliving Sunroom name). Immediately after the installation, the home's roof started leaking where the sunroom roof joins the home's roof, causing extensive damage inside the home (drywall damage, insulation damage, flooring... read full review »

I've upgraded to a new phone at the end of my contract basically getting another phone online. That was in August 2009. Since then, I've had problems with the phone with regards to dropped calls, network issues and such. I went through the normal customer service channels every day with nobody able to help me through and things were basically getting worse. I opted for a warranty replacement upon which I was informed that there was no chance of me getting it as the device was relatively new. I waggled with them about it and did get... read full review »

Seagull Vacations Inc.
GadU76 November 24, 2009
Our experience with Seagull Vacations was terrible. I have listed some specific reasons for our complete frustration and dissatisfaction with Seagull Vacations. 1. Our phone messages were not returned. When we became more persistent in calling, our calls from phone numbers that Seagull was familiar with went immediately to voice mail. When we used phones that we had not called Seagull from previously, our calls went immediately to a live person. 2. The brochure detailing the trip described a one room condo for one week with a maximum... read full review »

Mitchum's
DanK89 November 24, 2009
I've used Mitchum's women's antiperspirant for 4 decades. But over the last few years (since the older formula was replaced), I find I lose great big chunks --sometime more than 1/2 of each stick-- that snap off as I'm applying it (even though I barely extend the stick past the opening of the container to apply it). After all this time, why has there been no solution, or at least some sort of temporary fix, i.e. a replacement or refund offer? I end up having to buy twice the number of Mitchum sticks as I should need... read full review »

The 'customer service' dept. at this company is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Hold times are extremely long, reps are rude and unprofessional. It is so frustrating to ever have to deal with them. Today, the hold time was really long so I allowed them to call me back; when I answered I was placed on hold for at least 5 minutes. You're calling because you are supposed to be available, but I'm still holding, when my call was finally answered, the rep hung up on me. Go into the store on lunch break from working 3rd shift and they only take cash and do not ring up the food for a receipt. When asked about reason we were informed they are changing over the drawer. My past experience tells me it should not matter if in change over for 30 minutes and it does not matter if cash, charge, or debit...unless somebody is pocketing the money. When asked about the receipt we were told it would be rang up later. As we were leaving the food was rang up and receipt handed to us. I wonder where the rest of the CASH went that no receipt was formed. read full review »

Faulty part (shift pedal collar) was discovered (September 18th, 2009) during routine service of a 2006 Yamaha fjr1300ae. Yamaha did not have the repair part. The motorcycle was disabled for more than two months. Yamaha customer service stated "they had never had to replace this part and were not planning to manufacture the part until December 2009". The dealer was most sympathetic and eventually located the repair part from a used parts source. As of this date Yamaha did not offer any reasonable remedy to me for this problem other... read full review »

This website sells cheap electronics (specifically cell phone chargers & accessories) made in China that do not work. Most products, such as car chargers and wall chargers sell for under $10 (including shipping!) and just simply don't work. Consumers then have 48 hours to report their product "damaged" and even then are 100% responsible for shipping the item back for a refund. Additionally, refunds are up to the company's discretion whether they are approved or not. Consumers most likely end up junking their brand new... read full review »

While it is of course intriguing to have a 96 oz container space to fill up with ingredients, it also means following: 1. more strain on the motor because the blade is larger 2. more smoothie servings or more ingredients wasted 3. more money spent and more equipment standing around in the kitchen... etc. Do you really need a 96oz container?
