I ordered a helmet and seat bag in September. I have never received the items to date nor have I ever received any contact or expanation from the complany about these items. I received an order ID and confirmation they had received their funds but nothing else. I cannot find any way to contact them by telephone and no email has been answered. This is the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Surely, there must be some sort of punative action that can be taken for such blatent and arrogant people. We have Pella Casement windows installed in our new home in 1998. Five Double Windows are rotted out at the bottom. Another has a defective bracket. She asked for a payment of $1.95 and stupid me I provided the credit card information and she gave me a confirmattion #1382352164. My internet was down until late into the night around 11:15 when I looked up the website. Several complaints were posted and noted it was a scam. I called within the time they "allowed" to prevent any further shipments and one of the companies also throws in a internet "health site" you pay for that if you don't cancel you are automatically signed up for a year and that is NOT included in your cancellation with that company! This is the only theater in town and does not listen to its customers. Their concession stand prices have gone up and up, but they only cook hotdogs on certain days and times. When you arrive, you never know if there are any hot dogs or not. One of the managers even told me that hot dogs were too much trouble and he wished they didn't even offer them.
