When my partner needed clocoma surgery, the doctors office got an approval from a representative, which was consequently denied. I ordered a product, Bowtrol, on Oct. 8. I paid for it on my credit card, and it still has not arrived. The time span is 5-15 days. I realize it has only been 9 days, but I find it hard to believe that it takes 9 days to deliver something from Michigan to New York State, unless it's on the back of a snail. AZ Plumbing was out on 10/13/2009, and said that we had a leaking aerator (after factory), and we had some loose packing nuts under the sink. Unfortunately, because GSMonster has a 7 day (from date of purchase) return policy there is no recourse if you encounter problems. We received the vacation voucher and were contacted by WorldWide Travel Center, and we setup reservations for the location they had available.
