We bought a new 2010 tundra, the company had it brought in, we took the truck home and did not notice the deep scratches in the bed;we called and took it back in, and all they wanted to do was lousy touch up at first then they they offered a bed liner but only if we paid 300.00 and they pay 75.00;we have called toyota 3 times and they have contacted them and still no response how would you like to buy a new truck and then discover a bunch of scratches and then as if you haven't paid enough they want you to pay for something that was not caused by you;which they hint that you did. read full review »

My husband and I purchased a new bathroom suite from this merchant who delivered inferior goods. The goods were fitted by my builders, we were not living in the house, as soon as I saw them I notified the owner Janet who visited the house and agreed they were wrong. Upon completion of the initial cab ride, I had provided a small tip--small because I thought cabs worked like some buses, whereby they expect exact change, thus I wanted to make sure that I had exact change for other cabs that I would subsequently utilize later that day, since I was running low on small bills. I bought a Motorola H5 bluethooth headset and what they sent me was a fake headset. I put in a dispute with paypal and these charlatans sent me an email to return the item for a full refund. The item has been returned to them for over a month now and they never sent my money back. I sent them several emails and I got no answer. My advice is that, even all the items are cheap on their site than anywhere else, do not buy anything from them because you will end up with a fake and worthless item. In February 2008 I wanted to have my teeth whitened. I went to the White Teeth Company on recommendation from someone who hadn't actually used them. Some time ago I, my wife and a friend booked tickets with Bmi to go to Cairo in May. Unfortunately, the people we arranged to stay with have had to move suddenly. This negates much of the reason for our visit but rather than cancel, we thought we would go somewhere else in the world in that week. Our football officials organization has been a customer of yours for over 10years. Our "webmaster" has come down with cancer and is no longer able to handle the website and make rational decisions. Somehow he reversed a credit card charge and because of this the site has been temporarily suspended, which is understandable. Don't be fooled by Bracketsrus' website or their stated returns policy. They sent me the wrong bracket - wrong colour and wrong configuration for my tv, in spite of following their on-line selection process. My law firm ordered legal sized folders from Printglobe. We did not get a legal sized envelope proof so we had no idea how they would look. Inevitably, we received a big box of folders that looked awful, the print was wrong and so I sent the folders back for a re-print. Printglobe refused to acknowledge our frustration and billed our credit card $1, 575.00 plus shipping. Now, I am out $1, 575 plus folders! When we viewed the house we bought from Miller Homes the sitting room window was made of clear glass later as we were about to complete they then told us that they had just learned from the planners it was to be obscured and its opening restricted which makes the whole house claustrophobic as there is only one window and a glass door that you could actually look out of as all the other windows are velux type high up in the ceilings with no views. After trying the Walkfit insoles and determining they weren't acceptable, I followed the return instructions for my "100 percent guaranteed refund". After waiting for months, I called the company and they said they never received the return package. I mailed it just as instructed and I have no way to prove they received it or not. Recently I took the plunge and "invested" in a nice pair of sunglasses. Purchased a pair RayBan RB3320s aviators for $130.00 on June 06th. Within 2 weeks the nose piece wire arm broke off while adjusting. I found Ray Ban/Luxottica Group warranty info and followed instructions. This office is unprofessionally run to the point that it borders on violating patient rights. All medical patients have the legal right to obtain their medical records in a timely manner. Multiple attempts by phone were made for over a month to get patient records. These records are required for the client to proceed with a personal injury insurance claim, and have caused delays in doing so. I purchased a weather radio which was defective. I sent it back to the manufacturer and, after several replacements, I received one which, I thought, worked. The trouble was that I didn't want the radio to alert me all the time, but I couldn't turn the alert feature off. When I called the company and followed their instructions it still didn't work. I was finally told that I had to send the unit back and since it was out of waranty it would cost me $15 to fix the problem. This company has the most unethical and abusive practices I have ever seen. They sent Carlos to my home 3 weeks ago to repair a leak coming from the rear of the refrigerator. He used a tube from his vehicle supplies and replaced the tube I had. Today (because it is still causing problems) he lies and said he spliced my existing tube and they need to charge us more money to come and fix the problem. I have been using Choice Cleaning Services since 2005, shortly after moving into my newly built home. Their unique selling point to me was the fact that they clean customers windows using the latest methods ie not having to climb ladders by using long poles with a brush on the end to clean the upper windows. It is unfortunate that despite your recommendation and booking they were unable to provide both my guests with any vegetarian food. To get a contract with 3G in June of 2008 I was asked by 3G's credit department to leave a deposit of £150 which would be returned in 6 months. In December of last year I went to Carphone Wharehouse in Bradford as I was initially informed that they would sort it out for me. They also broke one of my windows and tried to deny it but since it was a new house and had just been inspected top to bottom they didn't have much of a leg to stand on. This company was to place an in store radio commercial in 2 large supermarkets. The stores are quite near us. We are in the stores every other day and We have never heard the promo nor have we found any store personnel who can verify that they have heard our promo broadcast although they are in the store for 8 - 10 hrs.
