I got a letter stating that our request of automatic payment on our vehicle loan was processed. It also stated the name of a credit union we never heard of, in which it is going to be taken from. First of all, this request was never made by us. Second, we have never heard of this credit union. Also, the rep told me she could not fix this mistake today because we have a payment due soon. The final straw was today. Ever since M&T bought Provident, whom I banked with for almost a decade, I have had expensively bad and unethical service. M&T took over and NEVER annouced their fee structure and raised it w/o informing me, their customer. They did away with Provident's lockbox checking practices that held money that had pending transactions against it, decreasing the liklihood of overdrafts. We have been tryng for three days now to an EPP code from Aplus.net so we can transfer our services to another company. When I tell them why I am calling, they put me on hold, connect me to different operators and then they just finally hang up. I have also tried their online chat and they disconnected from me. Two issues: Poor quality and shipping charges. First, if you are looking for a shearing coat or other product, you need to know that this the "Wal-Mart" of shearling and sheepskin. This breeder sold me an Irish Setter puppy with a congenital illness. The dog had an umbiblical hernia and developed atypical cushings illness at 10 months old. She lived until six. This place runs billing and insurance scams. The first year I visited my bill was very pricy considering I have VSP insurance. The bill listed many misc charges. I just received my "custom made" cabinets that cost $3500. These "custom" cabinets were not what we ordered. This inefficiency is what we expect if we ordered from Target and spent $500, but not this much money. A detailed schematic was signed off by us and sent to the company.
