I ordered a product that was advertised as a one time $0.99 offer for a cleansing health product. I read all the terms and conditions and the entire website. Nothing was said of any extra charges or hidden fees. Nothing was stated about a "trial" moreless a two week trial. I ordered one bottle. I got four different bottles in the mail. Do not use thies company. I hired them to save my house and they did nothing. I ended up doing all the work for the lender because lender would not get phone calls returned or paperwork faxed over. So 5600.00 later I saved my house myself. I have turned this company over to BBB and if that does not work will take them to small claims court. I signed up with this company knowing that they were a negotiation service and not insurance. I was told that if I was approved for medicaid in the future, they would refund my money. My staff and I stayed at the Days Inn for business purposes upon arrival we were told that we only had reservations for 4 rooms when our confirmation clearly showed 5. The clerk looked it up in the system and stated that her info showed 4 rooms I showed her our reservation she stated that it must be tour travel agency. If you ever get a damaged packed...DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. Last week I went to UPS to pick up my mail. There was a package there but when the owner brought it out, I saw that it had been damaged. OK, I finally got things straightened out from JunPure Cleanse and now ACAIBURN, I had to file a card holder dispute form with my credit union - they were very helpful with all of this. They canceled my old card and ordered me a new card - nothing more will be deducted from my account. We were charged two seperate charges by MVQ valmax after spending 1.00 to get a friends phone number through intellius. The intellius representative was able to see that a pop up came on the screen while we were ordering the phone number and was closed out within 40 seconds (this is what must have been their advertisement and a statement of charges...for what I still don't know.) Tri-Cap is an agency that helps people with their gas/oil/electric bill. They are located in Malden, Massachusetts. They have about 7-10 case workers who work there. On October 17, 2009 I was looking for a laptop when I ran into this payas yougoelectronics. It says they rent electronics for a cheap price, but to get the product you have to pay a $25 application fee. Took a trial offer for $1.95 plus shipping. When trial arrived an invoice was inside saying product would be shipped at $83.95 if not canceled within 14 days. We called and wanted to cancel the order and got someone who could not speak or understand English. After about 1/2 hour later they did say it was canceled. However I just looked at my on line bank statement and 2 withdrawals have been made for $83.95 and $88.90 which I did not authorize.
