I have been shopping with Choice Pets in Danbury CT for a few years now and they enrolled me into a Partners program that gives substantial discounts since I always spend a lot of money with them.I recently went into their store to make some purchases and they told me I no longer was getting a discount. After numerious calls to various executives in the company each telling me a different story and rach telling me the other people I talked to are wrong. After several calls/e-mails with Chapel at the Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, we feel that we are getting nowhere with them. I am not a complainer by nature, but this time I feel like I got ripped . . . . . in 2006 we had an air conditioning service and paid about $1000. - $1200. for an extended service agreement for 5 years that would save us a tremendous amount of money. It would include an annual check up of the heater and A/C units and if anything needed to be done I would receive a 20% discount on parts and services.

This company has the most obnoxious pop-up ads, once they get on your computer they keep coming back and back, even if you aren't interested in what they have to sell. They are worded so you can't get out without closing out your tabs. I got a web-space for FrontPage from GeneralHosting for 3-months and paid all payment through my VISA card.
After few days I got a mail quoting "Now, your account is deactivated."
There is no reason mentioned for this deactivation. I have sent numerous mails to the concerned team. But till date neither I got any reply nor refund of my payments.
Can anybody suggest me what to do now?
