My story is the same as countless others. This company some how obtains names and titles of people, and then cold calls for the person. They validate the information they have and even after you say NO NO NO not interested, they still "send you the publication." I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra, approx 61, 000 miles. The right front bearing have gone out. I contacted toyota and was told that item is covered under the powertrain warranty. The company sold me a Panasonic digital camera in June08, which has subsequently become faulty. Despite me sending them 8 emails, they have not offered a solution/remedy.
