I ordered some electronics from a company that I found on Alibaba product sourcing website. Shanghai Yilang electronics Trade CO. The items where paid for and the company never sent the products.They even went as far as giving me a fake Tracking number to show they shipped the items, and here it is two months later and still no products. Alibaba suspended their contract with shanghai Yilang Trade but that does not help me with trying to recover my money that they kept. This is a recurring problem from what I here. The company offers a 14-day trial and only mentions 1.95 for shipping cost. Before you know it, a couple weeks later you are charged 87.62 for the trial product. When you call them they say you are part of their prefferred customer club and will from now on ship you a montly supply and continue charging you. In May I purchased a bumper and associated mounting brackets from this online company. The company sent me the wrong mounting bracket and after a month, asked me to submit a new order for the replacement bracket, which they charged me for and that they would process the return separately so I could receive a refund. Fifth Third Bank took advantage of an .89 overdraft on my checking account and racked up the fees which amounted to $129 before I could make a deposit. They would only reverse two charges and refused to reverse all of the charges. I made over 10 calls to several branches, and the toll free number, but to no avail. I was on a web site, months ago, I have no idea which site, but it had a side bar advertising ColonClease and Acai Berry. The advertisement promoted trial versions of these products, and like a complete shumck, I signed up for each one of them. Paid $4750.00 for a real estate course. I have been trying to get a refund because I am unable to use the program. I purchased it on 08/12/09. After 4 days I began calling them emailing them asking for someone to call me because I did not think I would have the time to do what it was going to take to be sucessful. When I called to place an order, the items that they advertise to be "free" are only given as free when you join a membership to a club. Even if you decline it over the phone, the cost is added to your order. At the end of the automated call they do not give you the total cost of your order. I had to call back.
