We spent two free nights at this hotel over the Labor Day Weekend (2009). The lodging was free because we had suffered numerous insect bites on our previous stay there. The hotel indicated that room had fleas. We started breaking out with bites shortly after leaving to go home after staying the second night. Hi, Sorry for raising the compliant late since i was not available these days. The problem is that i was charged excessively for the month of June and got the bill in july Total volume MB--- 2026.49 so after removing the night usage between 2-8am i calculated i got only 573, 341 MB as usage so pls check why it was excessively charged for extra Rs 400 Pls do this adjustment in the current running amount or do pay back this amount. I thought the move went well until I had to file a claim for damages. They just denied my full coverage for damages. I paid good money on insurance for full coverage on the move, and for them to take the money and not provide claims, it is a typical insurance scam. Called in August to schedule maintenance on my Sears tractor. My appointment on 9/14/09 was cancelled on 2:30pm. the day of the appointment. They said I have to send the terminal and cancellation form and there is no contract term any more. So I did. I was hit in a parking lot and applied to 21C my insurance carrier. What followed was a barrage of letters protecting 21Century. The first wss a removal of 21F from their obligations. I was then accused of driving an uninsured car and then that an uninsured person was the driver, then that I drove as to endanger backing on the highway ignoring that different rules apply on private property ignoring that you cannot leave a parking lot without backing! Ordered a left tailight for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they sent the wrong part. I returned it with their form with them paying the postage.
