We bought a car from Cox Mazda and the paint is falling off and this car was certified pre-owned and someone else painted the car before Coxmazda bought it and Mazda is stating it is non of there concern, we even bought the bumper to bumper warranty and that still does not help us. I am at a loss for words and options. I bought gas at the Chevron Station on 518 and Alabama a week and a half ago. I barely made it home. My Toyota is now at Star Toyota, It has over a gallon of water in the gas. I have contacted Chevron and the owner of the gas station. I took my vehicle to Smith Transmision. The tranny was leaking oil but otherwise operating properly. However with high mileage I knew it may turn out be be a rebuild job. Sure enough that was the recommendation. V349 deck tiles faded after 4 weeks of installation. Company has not stood behind their product. They have stated 1 year leadtime on direct replacement or offered us a less expensive unequal replacement. I bought a peachtree door about 5 years ago from a dealer that has gone out of business. In march 2009, the door would not latch shut. Based on reading various blogs, the above named "organization" has been sending out phony notifications regarding a person winning a sweepstakes contest in the amount of 1.4 million dollars. Of course, the catch is you must send them $19.99 as an "award payment data release fee". Is it not possible to take legal action against these scams? If just one in ten people are foolish enough to send in this $19.99, this scam may have collected hundreds of thousands of dollars.
