I ordered a book and gave my credit card #. they charged my acct for the book. a few days later they charged my acct for another $19.95. I called and asked why they took more money from my account and they said I had a 3 day trial membership for discounted books and the membership fee is $19.95/month. My 3 days ended the previous day. I have getting unauthorized charges for "idprotect mntr svc". I have called the number provided on my charge card statement to no avail. I have sent an email to intelius.com requesting that the stop the charges and refund those already charged. No action was taken. About 1999, I did research and found a surgeon that could do a breast reduction with my insurance. He seemed okay from what I could find on him at the time - so I made an appointment.
