We have dealt with fishy property managments many times bfore. This one just took the cake. London properties owner decided to take off with everyones security depsoits and a month or 2 of rent. The managment went under quickly after. i was at least lucky to have a receipt cause the next management was unaware of the incident and went around asking for peoples rents and why they were late. The Eugene, Oregon Oreck Floor Care Center store sold a refurbished vacuum as a new one at the new price. Less than 15 days late on a car payment and I receive calls daily harassing me for money. According to the people who phone, this is HMFC's policy as it is computer-driven. You actually start getting calls 6 days overdue. By 15 days we were getting up to about 12 per day. Sometimes a user will pay more than $100.00 (US Dollars) for an answer, and then get scammed.
