The trimmer would not hold a charge, so I took it back the next summer and was told they were having lots of problems with them...so they exchanged it, but the warranty would be used to get a New One! I am a victim of this company's deceptive practices as well. I contacted Easy Savers at 800-444-9491 and simply told them I wanted the account cancelled and all previous charges refunded to me.
