My daughter spent more than she had in her account. Three additional checks for small amounts overdrafted. The net result $35 times 4 or $140 in charges for aproximately $100 total in overdrafts. Within a week a deposit cleared and the overdraft fees plus the overage were deducted from the account. However the question is should multiple overdrafts resulting in under $100 or even $ 500 cost $140 in fees ? Last week, we went to Lenscrafters to have eye exams for my kids. We gave our insurance cards and waited for hours to have an exam. After the eye exams, they said Lenscrafters don't accept our insurance company anymore. As a result we had to pay the full charge. They didn't tell us that before the eye exams. Got a coupon in the mail regarding Air Duct cleaning for $ 64.99. it is the basic cleaning with no returns cleaning. The coupon shows a big truck with the real vacuum mounted on truck. Walgreens does not allow you to print your own passport picture -they scan all the pictures that you take and removes the passport pictures so that you can pay the scumbags $8.99 for two pictures. Purchased expensive microwave (for us) almost $500. Caught on fire while baking a potato and died. Repairman proclaimed sensor failure. Sears Customer Service stated consumer abuse, "aluminum could have grown in potato" (minerals?). It was our responsibility to watch the potato at all times. I was employed as an independent contractor for this company. They do not pay their sales people and installers. They use inferior products. They are set up as a MLM for security alarms that people have to buy into for $49.00. I have service on the low-end at 1Mb/s download from HugheNet. We have been complaining for weeks because, my wife, who works at home via HughesNet is being threatened with getting fired if our Internet service connection does not improve. This company is extremely unprofressional. They came to fix a noise in my washing machine and left me with an even bigger noise. They sent the engineer out again but he said he couldn't fix it! The customer service is disgusting - when I asked if I could speak to the manager I was told that would not be possible. I bought this eliptical machine for my daughter and she complained it doesn't feel right. It hurt her back to use it and her feet kept slipping forward so her toes were mashed.
