This company is a broker in pharmaceutical products which acts for about 120 pharmacies. Six months after the order, products (ED pills) weren't delivered despite two order "re-shipping" (they say). Did not fulfill his part of the job of excavating the existing driveway out at least 10 inches deep. Instead he placed a skim coating of re-mixed material over the sand / clay sub-soil and called it good. I cannot even believe how low the quality control is at Gateway. Tablet PCs are shipped without a Windows repair disk, and files get corrupted seemingly weekly. The tablet pens stop working after about 4 months because they didn't check if the manufacturer used appropriate materials - the steel spring and aluminum battery get so corroded that the pen stops working. My battery won't hold a charge at all anymore, I have to plug it in to use my computer. Premier Steel Building totally ripped me off on my Steel Building. They were supposed to allow me when I could take delivery. They then had a shipper try to deliver the building without proper notifying me. I was not even in town. So, of course the shipper had to take the building back. They then tried it again. For over six months Bridgemax Communications has been charging me for services that I have never received. I ordered an expensive lamp from them. When we unpacked it, the base was damaged and the cover for the hole from which the cord exits was loose. This is a safety hazard as the cord can rub on the metal edges and be damaged, an issue with children in the house. I sent photos and notified them right away. Be aware that if something is damaged, they expect you to pay to return it, and charge you a restocking fee. I went to 6 day dental in Flower Mound Texas to get my teeth cleaned and a crown re-glued. I was told I needed a root canal on the tooth that needed the crown reglued. Has general programs but I would recommend CCAC for a more well rounded education and approval. The school is only accredited through the national association and students truly need a school/university regional accreditation (traditional 4 year Pitt, Penn State, etc) to have a possibility of credits transferring. They do not bother to make you a call to let you know of your missed payments or any other reminders and then charge you for the same. Their warranty appears great, 10 years replacement we were told if not satisfied but when you read the print under the tag at the end of the mattress it becomes clear. Depressions have to be 2" which is like a crater to sleep in. Ours appeared in 5 months after purchasing. Only 1 1/2" so too bad. Because it is a pillow top we can not flip, so now we have a mattress that is killing our backs. I wrote the president and the company but it has to be 2" or more. I bought a 2300 Chatom and Wells mattress from Sit and Sleep with a Mattress pad that would guarantee the mattress from any stains. The mattress has sunken in over the five years and I called for the warranty inspection to have it taken care of.
