I just found out today that a really good friend went to prison. Simply put gold was purchased from IGE then delivered. Next IGE put in a complaint to WOW GM stating their account had been compromised. All of the sold they sold to me gold was returned to them. "Quick Trip Movers" got such a bad reputation that they've relaunched under a new company name "Nation Relocation" They've charged my credit card for $750 for no service when I wouldn't agree to let them load my household good for an 40% on the spot increase in price. I had even provided them with an itemized list of what I was moving in 3 weeks in advance. I registered for summer courses(Math, Writing, Art) for my children. It was a waste of money and time. The classes were held not according to what they promised.My 3rd grader was sitting in the same class as 5th and 6th grader, because the teacher did not show up . I was contacted by P. Scott Lowery Law Offices concerning a loan that was in default. They demanded I pay $2600 by the end of the month. I explained I could not do that amount, but was willing to make monthly payment in the amount of $150 via automatic withdrawal. After much debate over the payment amount, they finally agreed. delivery was scheduled for July 3, 2009 between 1-4. deliverymen showed up at 1 with no mattress. Was told by deliveryman, mattress would be delivered at 4-4:30. they even called and said they were on their way. they showed up at 8:20. Called the store and complained, and man by the name of Joe just did not understand why i would be angry. Who likes to wait for a deliveryman. Purchased landscaping work on May 17, 2009 from Mr. Dontre Jones with a completion date of June 10, 2009. Work to be completed was landscaping in front of house, seed and aerate back yard, rock under deck, and sod part of back yard with a cost of $3550.00 for all work. I had 90 day interest free loan from GE Credit in 2003. I paid the bill in 2003 in 60 days IN FULL now they are saying I didnt pay the bill and have ruined my credit score. I ve written several letters to GE Credit and the credit bureaus with my docs showing paid in full. nothing is being done. i call GE and they insist I didnt pay. they are in India and when I say, , I want a US Rep, they say, , NO, impossible to get one. Purchased a 47" Vizio LCD 1080 120 Hz at Sam's Club 2 weeks ago and within FIVE days every 2 hours the pixals would fade to red then go back to normal. Called tech support and all they had to offer was take a picture of the screen and e-mail it to him! I'm sorry but he treated me like it was my problem and did not want to be bothered. Corporate Acquisitions Group (CAG) recently changed its name to Global Acquisitions. Both companies, based in Englewood, CO, promise to sell your business after you pay a hefty "business valuation" fee. They promise you'll get your money back if the business doesn't sell. From what I've read online, it sounds like a scam. Most business owners won't speak up because they are embarrassed they've been scammed, or are personally threatened by Ty Tymkovich, the owner. The owner Bill Holiday makes false statements and promises. He states that he can obtain for you an unsecured business line of credit in the amounts ranging from $150k-$2M. From the offset Charter misrepresented their product and services. After installation of cable service I received a statement for charges a week later, for payment of service not yet provided! There is fraudulent charges that I have requested, in writing, of a detailed accounting which hasn't been forthcoming. I notified them within the time scale as per the terms and conditions and told them to cancel any future orders.
