Murad Inc has predatory business practices where the company will ship you the product and keep shipping it and charging your credit card. Even if you refuse to accept the package, never open it and return the whole thing for the full refund, they will still charge your credit card and then you have to fight for the refund. Not only was the wait TERRIBLE, but the employees were rude and SLOW. I was waiting to order food for at least 35 minutes behind two guys that wouldn't move until they got theirs. There was even a window for taking their food and leaving! But did the employees shut the window on them? NO! This company had been in business for many years. I bought a 3 month unlimited membership and yesterday went there to find they closed their doors on June 30, 2009. A note on the door said due to the economy and family problems they were closing. Funny thing, the owner was in Vegas the weekend before and never let on she was having financial trouble. On June 30th she even said see you tomorrow, knowing full well she was closing down. Well Im out $135.00. I feel sorry for the people who paid more than $300.00 for yearly memberships. He goes by the name Andy Akbar Hooda and will ask you to pay him a cashiers check so that no one can trace him, but we have traced him to his Alabama PO Box which he is apparently using to collect scam money. I came across this company because my computer is infected with spyware, which prompts multiple pop-ups from winantivirus.com & systemdoctor.com. I don't know if submission magic is a scam, but I DO know that there are far better affiliate programs for dish network. For example, allsat.com offers a FREE affiliate program for Dish, that includes the website creation and submission to search engines, but pays you $80.00 per referral instead of the $50.00 submission magic offers.
