I cancelled my service on May 6, 2009. I RELUCTANTLY accepted the fact that Cleartel does NOT pro-rate service, so I would still have to pay for the balance of May. Do not waste your time with ATT U-verse if you move into Broadstone Apartments in Fort Worth TX. The apartments are all hard wired for the service but all of the geniuses in customer service can not put your address in the system. In an attempt to make an appointment with my colorer, whom I see every four weeks, I was put on hold and left there by a female employee at the front desk. Finally, a male employee came on who gave me a 12:40 color appointment with a 2:10 style appointment. When I pointed out to him that I would be left sitting with a wet head for over 30 minutes, he proceeded to tell me how color works. Whirlpool set up a repair apt for me with A &E to have my refrigerator repaired. They told me I have a service fee which was $98 which would be applied to repairs and deducted if I decided to do them. The man came and said I was NOT under warranty gave me a huge estimate and said he didn't have the part anyway it would have to be ordered.
