Service 1st Restoration & Remodeling in the Harrisburg Pa area was contracted to work on my home. They billed me for materials and labor that I did not receive, the work they did was shoddy and things began to fall apart after a few months, I called the company for several months but could not get anyone to call back. This matter ended up in court, I won the judgment but could not get them to pay up until I had the County Sheriff's department place a levy on the business property. Mexican Connexion - internet company selling pottery products from Mexico I ordered two large jars off their website (Mexicanconnexion.com) from a picture posted on their site of the specific design. Prior to them being shipped, I again confirmed the specifics of my order. Their customer service was curt and unfriendly, the items took two months to arrive (after charging my credit card from the day of the order), and the incorrect design was shipped. After several emails, I was asked to return the items to them with no refund for the return fee, after their admitting that it was impossible to have my order made. I paid a finders fee of $450.00 to hire a live in person to take care of my mother. The lady hired only last two weeks. The contract read that they would replace the person immediately if it did not work out. I have made numerous attempts with this agency to have them sent a replacement. I had to calls, nor any help provided in their contract. The BBS could not help, nor Lisa MADIDGANS OFFICE. NIka agency will not even return a phone call to them. I joined this site to earn from referals as they were paying $1 for each one. After 30 i was paid the $30.00 which i thought was good, however since then i have refered over 30 more and no payment recieved. I contacted Admin and they said that my last referals needed to upgrade for me to get a payment. Why? The first 30 did not have to do this. Herrschners is a mail order craft business. When I move, they find where I live & keep sending me catalogs. I placed an order with them on line for yarn. I booked a limo for my daughter's 10th bday two weeks in advance. Followed up with a phone call two days before event day. They called on the morning 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be there and simply said 'we need to cancel your ride", no concern, no back up limo, no manager available to talk to me, no response back to my phone calls or emails. ATV Discounter as everyone can see is a horrible company to do business with. We had the misfortune of ordering a product in May 2009 and paying cash by way of direct deposit. They have charged my account and I have received product twice with no results what so ever. I would like my money back, especially the ones I did not receive. No more carges as I am canceling that card!!! I have tried to call them and I get a recording that is stated at least 3 maybe 4 tmes then they hang up. This is the recording and the statement is repeated either 3 or 4 times. "Your account balance is insufficient to place a call to that destination." I called to make a payment and asked if I could make one on line. However they do not have a wesite that one can make a payment at but for only $14.95 processing fee I could make a payment over the phone. I needed to pay my bill today or it would be late so I had to pay the fee. Now here is the clincher. They do not let you pay the fee with your bill from your checking account. I purchased a $11.99 personalized key chain from Coventry Corners while in Pottstown, PA. I walked straight from the store to the car and placed the bag in my suitcase in the trunk of my rental car to travel to the airport to catch my plane back to Indiana. Requested a refund 4/29/08 - was told 5-7 days & it would appear back on credit card, it is now Sept - I have called every month since April & was told the same thing. My credit card co. said they are unable to help because it is past the 60 days for disputing. Now I am unable to reach them thru their toll free #. I paid the debt through an attorney in October 2006. Then in January 2008 I checked my credit report and found a neg report, dated January 2008 from Unistates CA, LLC for the same account. I bought a waterslide from you company for my 7 year old birthday. When I set the product up the first time it worked great and the kids had a blast. This company is a resume writing company. The company claims that they are dedicated to superior service and customer satisfaction. NOT TRUE! When purchasing a resume package from them they do not deliver on everything they guarantee. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner and even when you e-mail them questions they go unanswered. The delivery of all materials are not on time. They do a horrible job on proof reading. these guys are total jacks. I paid for my case in full and was told we could do filing in a week. They never return calls, they increase fees from what is advertised, which were also paid right away. Here we are nearly a month and a half later, and I have to babysit them to get the paperwork sent in for credit counseling. Every step of the way I have had to contact them, call multiple times... If you don't hound them, nothing will get done. I could have easily done this on my own in this amount of time. I chose a lawyer to get it done in a timely manner.
