I recieved a letter from Chase informing me that my APR will increase to 21%. I had 2 choices, accept the raised APR and my account will remain open, or decline the raise and my account would be closed. The electronic panel on my Whilpool Duet Washer broke while under warranty. I called to schedule service and an appointment was set up with A&E Service. This was the worst experience with a service company in my life.
