This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. The representatives are like robots that simply read everything off a computer and have no idea what is going on--ever!!! The payment processing center is a separate entity than AHMSI3 itself. Therefore any time you write a check it takes forever to process- and nobody at the customer care center knows anything about it because they literally cannot communicate with the payment processing center. WOW! What a scam. The product sucks, and then when calling to cancel, you can't hear them because it is so loud, then, what you do hear, you can't understand. They refuse to let you cancel, even when told "DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE PRODUCT" and "DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT!" I sure wish that the government could close them down. We bought 2 years in a row two husky power washers. The first one broke, the second one husky powerwasher 1800 psi - more expensive - has an internal water leak and therefore no power. Weare tired and sick of this company that sells a mchine that breaks down after correct winter storage (room temperature) and emptying all water in machine. There online help doesn't work either. Last winter asked if I could change my degree program from "Pastoral Ministry" to "Addiction Counselor" they my counselor said yes but that it would cost $25. There is NO Free trial from this Outsourced customer service company. Read the terms and conditions. I found I could not get away from them without paying an additional $25.00 for the free trial. Once you accept the free trial you are enrolled in an automatic plan at an outrageous price. I tried to stop the order - that was not possible. The last time I used my card online was for a gov't grant CD valued at 1.92. This company went on charging my account for 19.95 at least twice, I called and got a refund for one (1) 19.95 but the other they said was on me. This company put a fence in for me some time ago and it has been a hassle ever since. The gates never have worked and are out of alignment, the fence is uneven everywhere. I received an Email from Digital Caucus saying that a domain name that I was intrested in was for sale at a certain price. I paid with my credit card thru paypal and recieved a receipt for my purchase. A couple of days later I recieved a refund from paypal and then I recieved another Email from a company called ITDOMAINNAMES saying the domain name is now for sale at 3 times the price I paid for it. My wife and I adopted a pomeranian we saw on Justyourpup.com on Friday the 14th 2009 from Justin Sullivan. Within 6 days our dog was in the hospital and diagnosed with Parvo. Walgrens filled out my perscription yesterday wrong as it is every month. I have stayed with them because back in March I paid them $20.00 to fill with generic drugs for 90 days. They have never done it right. Now they are arguing with my diabetic insulin and I don't have enough for the month. I will have to pay 181.00 to complete the time period.
