They did this to me and the sad thing is after I told my bank to shut off the credit card and debit card the bank gave them the money. I told my bank they were steeling and fraud and let them know in great detail the only money i charged was the $1.97, but the charges kept on coming, $38.34, .58 and $72.21. I ordered a $35 book from the 3 Steps ADD website (the book is a joke). Since then unauthorized debits have been made on my credit card at $19 per month under the company names of 3STEPSADD MEMBERSHIP and JON BENNETT. There is an 877-234-3373 number but of course, it is never answered by a human being. It is a voice message from Jon Bennett. I have left voice mail messages requesting to be credited and removed from this "membership" that I never signed up for. Apparently I came across this site while doing a internet search for my missing daughter. I agreed to pay for a one time fee as far as I knew, and they have made recurrent charges on my account for the past two months. I did not know what the charge was last mo, and finally had a number for them on my account to call and see who they were. Supposedly they are canceling, however they stated that I agreed to a 7 day time frame, and if I didn't cancel they would continue to charge me. They've supposedly been working on a modification request for over 4 months now. I called my mortgage company and NOTHING has been done. I've sent these people $2000.00. I've retained an attorney and requested a refund a month ago. I've called several times and they stated that a refund will take 6 weeks. When I called today, a message states that they have discontinued their business and there are no numbers given to be contacted. I have yet to receive my refund. We have had Metlife home owners insurance for over 15 years . Never have we filed a claim. Insurance paid out of escrow faithfully. Then sends us a letter, that due to overwelming cost from storms, they must cancel Florida's homeowners. I understand the costs, however, what is insurance for!? This company has a revolving door. I was terminated after returning to work from emergency surgery. According to the owner and management due to the fact that Arizona is a right to work state they don't have to have a reason to terminate employees. H.S.B.C Bank, has been giving me the run around when referring to a secured credit card they were suppose to send me. I sent the $300 on 10/08/2008 along with the papers I printed on line and they still haven't processed my application. I went in to Quick N Clean car wash in Carrollton, Texas to have my car cleaned. The Site Manager told me to leave the keys and wait in the lobby.
