I had a unit build by this company in 2005 and have nothing but problems with the construction. At that time, they had an office in Maryland but have since closed that office and moved back to New Jersey making service almost impossible. The roof leaks so badly that I cannot keep furniture or carpets in the room because of the water coming in during a storm. Recently my friend and I stayed at the Days Inn in Danville, PA. The room was dirty. There were cobwebs on the walls, curtins and behind the curtins. There were 3 spiders we were aware of...one on the ceiling above the beds, one on top of the curtin and one on the table. Also the sheets had yellow circular stains on them and the light in the bathroom was falling down and broken. I have stayed in older hotels and motels...old doesn't bother me...but clean does. I had very bad experience with IBSN tax filling company. On phone they will tell different amount and on site they will mention different charges. On their site before payments they don't mention for which tax filling we are elegible (either standard or itemwise) . I understand that East Coast people have a rep for the attitude. However, this hotel takes it over the edge. My first visit to Manhattan two weeks ago was crazy when I arrived at my hotel. The mgmt is a bunch of idiots who care nothing about the guest. I three times asked for extra towels and they never brought them. I ordered a replica Louis Vuitton purse from them and they sent me the wrong one. I have tried repeatedly to get them to correct the problem and they will do nothing. Even after sending them a picture of the purse I received along with the purse that I ordered, they still claim that they sent me the correct one. I did not order the product. I was approached once and decided to try it once. The product arrived and two days later another box arrived. I have attempted to contact them and find no vehicle to do so except a Distribution Center that is not responding. I plan to notify my credit card company when the bill arrives that I agreed to one trial sample but after using it only two days, I find it sticky and drying. Bank of America is a complete rip off!!! They charged me $70 dollars in overdraft fees because my account was overdraft twice for a total of -$98.24. This was probably the second time I have ever gotten overdraft since I opened the account 8 years ago. I think the first time they charged me $5 for the overdraft and I didn't mind paying it.
