The drivers were to arrive between 9-11am. They showed up on time and were to go directly to the new location. I was there for a half hour when I had to call THEM to find out that they were going to go downtown first and it would be 45 minutes before they got to my new location. FOUR hours later they arrived. The trailer was purchased online with the comments that it needed about $100.00 worth of work to it. The seller said it needed a new wheel stud, one had broke. The trailer needed a little TLC. In reality, it needed new brakes, 5 new lug nuts which the seller never mentioned were obsolete. The van was purchased on Feb 6, with the intent to take delivery on Feb 7 so the seller could install a new battery. "Replace battery" is specifically written on the invoice.
