I had a 40'x90' pole barn built by Rob-Bilt in August of 2008. According to Rob Bilt, thier buildings can withstand winds up to 90 mph. How do they bill you? Most legitimate mentors (for hire) will charge by the hour. Most illegitimate mentor services charge a large up front fee for X number of sessions in X number of weeks (or months). The difference is if you find the advice worth less than you expected, you don't call the per hour person back and you only lose the price of a session or two. 2005 Toyota Tundra started leaking power steering fluid right around 36, 000 miles. By the time it became noticeable and needed to be topped off, vehicle was past the 36, 000 mile warranty.
