I was fraudently charged by the S.O.B.s and immediately cancelled my card. My bank has issued me a new card and I sent details of the fraud and scam they are involved in. This company has very poor customer service. I ordered a helmet on 6/30, and did not hear from them in over a week, then was told my helmet was out of stock and they would have to get it from another manufacturer. It finally arrived on 7/11 but it was the wrong size. They offered to exchange it for the correct size, even pay return shipping (which they should). Heres the deal, if you call the number referenced on your credit card bill, it will go to a customer support company that does show your account, they will dispute your charges via fax only at 800 573 5302. I have referenced their address provided above, however, I am uncertain if it's actually correct. I will be disputing my changes this week so if anyone else has done this and been successful, that would be great to know. Company placed a charge of $14.95 on my parents monthly telephone bill for "services". My Parents had not ordered any services or changes for either company listed ESEI or American evoice. Altura Credit Union is the king of NSF ripoffs. They say they are non-profit, but that is not true. They are always looking for ways to charge you some type of fee or debit your checking account before crediting any deposits you do to charge NSF fees. This needs to be regulated not in this economy, family's are trying to survive. I noticed in the fine print that the initial charge was just that of shipping ($3.95) but that after a "trial period" the customer had 15 days to cancel - otherwise a recurring charge/subscription would be automatically deducted from the account information provided. I am moving to the UK next week and several weeks ago changed the address on my credit card to the UK, so as not to forget. They gave a one page lease document to sign, did not leave the document, we had to call to have the document sent to us. When it came back, there were four pages of fine print, that were not attached to the original document, fine print locks you into a four year contract lease you can not get out of.
