BMG has warranted a lot of complaints. I think that this is because mail-order contracts are binding and can get you with tricky stipulations and mail-order transactions are also a lot more susceptible to fraud. I have heard bad things about NCS but I can tell you from personal experiences that they are not a scam/fraud. They worked with me and listended. I was contacted by 21st Century Legal Services promising me to negotiate with my bank on lowering my monthly payments based on the new government law. They asked me to stop paying my mortgage payments for three months and instead to pay them, total $2200. I paid them the money then my bank informed me that they refuse to deal with this company because of its reputation. So, the bank did not even want to talk to them. This is a completely illegitimate moving company. The did not show up for our move-out date and let us stranded without movers. The customer service is disgusting. I am still waiting on my refund. It has been over 72 hours. They lied repeatedly to us saying that a moving van was on its way and gave use false cell phone numbers for drivers. I ordered a $4.95 sample pack of Acai weight loss supplements as seen in a TV ad. I received the pills (which didn't work) and then a couple of weeks later I received a box of cellulite creams and more pills, and a $139.00 charge on my credit card! Take your car there for an oil change, service or a check-up and you need to listen carefully because they will try to sell you something extra with fast talk and then deny they did it (for instance a detail service instead of a car wash - a difference in price of about $90.) My question to them is when a customer comes in with their car and signs a work-order estimate, only to pick up their car with a total cost of almost $200 over the estimate; shouldn’t they have been called first? I didn't like this company from day one. The so called customer service was ridiculously rude with the exception of maybe 3 people. (In the almost 20 people I talked to.) I ordered 3 cell phone covers on May 1 and as of June 17 I have only received one of them. The one that I did receive has already chipped and cracked. I have called every week to inquire when the other covers will be sent out. If someone actually picks up the phone they have the same answer. It is on back order and will be shipped out next week. Typically when the call rings through the call is disconnected. This is after listening to the IVR message repeat over and over that I am number 1 in the queue. My husband bought from Walmart an RCA DVD/VCR Player/Recorder with the capability of bleeping out the bad language in movies and regular television in 2007 for me for Christmas. We have been going there for few years now and the main problem is that they have been charging us a lot more than the actual bill. Each time we eat over there, we realize that they charge us 10-25% more than the actual check. They just take cash (no credit cards or personal checks) and on the top they never give you the receipt. I have been trying to contact Revco for the past couple of weeks. They installed all new windows in my home last year with a lifetime warranty. U S Credit Find obviously peruses the telephone books for leads. The number that they actually billed is a designated fax number which is listed in the phone directory. Had this been a valid transaction, U S Credit Find would have charged my house phone instead. They charged my AT&T telephone bill for $9.99 in January 2009, but skipped February. I recieved the 2100 for Xmas in 2006, with a free traffic for life feature. It was purchased in Nov, therefore the 30 day from reciept had expired. After a long and arduous ordeal, my traffic was installed. It worked for 3 months at a time. I sent the thing back 5 times for repair for this traffic thing that never really worked properly. This time it came back with no traffic anymore. You can't call them anymore. They have deactivated their phone. You have to go online and submit an email. You have got to be kidding me! Two sisters paid Bourne Bridge Pool & Spa in Buzzards Bay, MA to fix our pool and get it ready for the summer. I ordered a cell case 3 weeks ago with Inaisle.com. I didn't receive shipping confirmation until I emailed them a few times. Finally, they said the order had shipped and provided me with a tracking number. This office performed a root canal on me. I had two temporary crowns that fell out. Ok, they're temporary not a big deal. I then had my PERMANENT crown put on (which I paid several thousands of dollars for this procedure). The crown fell out 3 weeks later.
